Wow, somebody's RIPPED under that red suit... 
Anyhow, 'tis my...uhh...3rd commissioned fancel for ^^ It's a 2-layered fancel, and the Seal of Oricalcos is done in glow-in-the-dark paint!
Not sure if you can tell from the cruddy scan, but this is apparently just after he lost the Mill. Eye, he even has a little blood trickling down his cheek....

Anyway, you should try taking a picture of it in the dark, and see if the paint shows up on camera. xD

Hehe, same here! ^^ Not really my fave, either, but he's so hilarious!! ^^ I mean, a grown man who loves cartoons and uses a Toon deck, and I LOVE how he gets on Kaiba's nerves so easily... XD XD XD (I love it... Jou tries so hard to tick Kaiba off, and all Pegasus has to do is mention how awful it was that Kaiba didn't watch cartoons as a kid...
