Did this one by request for (believe it or not) our ONLY anime-fan customer where I work.

It's been so long since I'd drawn any Digimon fanart (high school...?) that I'd honestly forgotten how super-awesome their monster character designs are.

XDDD I can't remember much from it, since I only saw a couple of the early episodes.
Well, I'd probably end up sculpting them out of something, or doing some INTENSE paper-work like you mentioned. (If I just rolled them or something, they'd be too 'straight-out', not curved like real claws, so I'd have to do a lot of cutting and taping/gluing)... I'd still have the EVEN WORSE problem of those "ghost"-shaped things on her shoulder and sleeve, though.

I mostly missed-out on the Digimon craze-- I was focused on Sailor Moon and Yugioh around that time...

If I remember correctly, my friendsd were into Pokemon cards more than Digimon, but I kinda preferred Digimon more. ^^ (Not for the cards, but because I liked the monster designs better. XD)

XD i love digimon, i dont care what anyone says. and the devimons are one of my favorite because of their wonderful quasi-bondage outfits. great pose, nice job with her clawed hands. it looks like digimon style too, wai!!!

Isn't it fun how, even with us 20-something anime fans, that the "kiddy" animes still hold a special place with us? Such as Digimon, and one of my faves, Sailor Moon.... ^^ I'll always love those!

Forget the pokemon cards, I have all the game walkthroughs. It has a picture of every digimon in each one. So yeah, LOTS of reference pics.

OMG, digimon!! I used to love this anime and was a bit pleased at seeing a female Devimon. lol kinda like how the two angels had to different genders (but they came from a cat and some little hamster digimon...)
