I love the entwined tails of the seahorse and pig! To be honest, the scissors look incredibly painful, stabbed into the pig's back.

Oh, no you didn't fail! Upon closer inspection, it is *clearly* a wind-up key. Besides, the "scissors" looked out-of-character given the rest of the piece.
