Wow, long time no post!I really just wanted to play around with GIMP again. This is Permafrost from Static Shock's episode titled "Frozen Out".

I completely felt bad for Maureen/Permafrost. In the end she was never a villain like all the others Static faced but a lost, broken, homeless girl looking for a better life. And Hynden Walch did a good job voicing someone with that background and mentality.
