So I was watching nintendo's digital event Live this year, and inbetween all the announcements I witnessed this fun new little game, Splatoon. Instantly loved the character design and concept, vibrancy of the colors, mixed up with some flashbacks of Super Mario Sunshine And I decided I HAD to do a fanart of it
I hope the game features a lot of stuff to keep people hooked for a while on the multiplayer, and who knows, It might be a good and different addition in a world filled with FPS . Let's wait and see

It' really simple my friend, the game was announced in 2014 with a trailer video. I liked the art style and I decided to draw it based on what I saw, even when the game wasn't released yet.

All the hype, man... this design felt very refreshing to me, it's been a while since something this charismatic showed up. And even though I don't have a WiiU, I'm looking forward to the release...

Now that you mention flashback, I thought at first they were teasing an HD remaster of Sunshine. Too bad! <_<
I love the concept of this game, it was definitely one of the highlights from Nintendo.
I hope that too, and that people give it a chance. I feel that for not being realistic enough it might 'scare' people.
