I figured she would fit my style, if you compare with the official the head shape is pretty similar to the ones I do XD
The tool is limited, but the advantage is on drawing directly on the screen, I have more precision despite it being such a basic software.
It also forces me to get creative with the colors and stuff I have to work with

I believe is called Halftone. Depending on how the dots are arranged and sized from each other it can give the impression of a darker or lighter tone

In case of colors, a yellow BG + red dots create the illusion of orange on her hair, and her skin is just pure yellow dots, the white space between them make them look lighter
