Description
A bench sitting near the Duck Pond @ Virginia Tech. I saw it and thought "I bet nobody wants to sit all the way out here while it is snowing like this." I took a few pics and this one captured the moment best. Nikon D70s and 55-200mm lense. I also though the contrast of the snow and the bench would look nice in B&W so I desaturated it in Photoshop.Related content

This is beautiful. I love in Connecticut and I've been waiting for it to snow just so I can take some nice, wintery pictures like this. Unfortunately it doesnt seem like its going to snow this year though

Yeah we only got a half inch of snow before break this year compared to almost a foot last year. Thanks for the comment!

WOW, I've toally sat on that bench before! Duck pond @ VT is very very relaxing. Hmmm, maybe I should go there more often! By the way, that's a very nice picture, the detail is astounding, and the atmosphere is very "chilled" and laid back. +fav
