Don't steal Glade's sprites or anything like that. Other sprites were found on spriters-resource, ect ect.

I ain't reading this to make Aege sprites. As much as I wanna, but I have my own Kirby characters.

Well, it's not like most people who read tutorials would try to steal sprites this way. Besides, there's other methods that would be a lot more efficient.

Is it that the animation seems "choppy" when the sprites are put together or is it the making of the sprites that is the issue?

It is when I am making the sprites, I want move his hair when he is walking, etc and I can´t animate the hair well in the sprites...

So, if Kirby's just standing still with it's body turned (like it's looking away from the screen), could you sprite that?

1- I think I can sprite the hair
2- But my FC hasn´t got long hair and if he is looking away from the screen the hair is not see ( I don´t know how to say what I want to say, I hope I say it well)

I can't see why the hair has to be seen all the time... =/ If the hair is short, Kirby's body might block the hair from being seen.

If Sotu's eyes were open, it looks like his hair would start right above his eyes. The hair seems to be 6 pixels wide and 2 pixels tall.
For turning left or right: You'd need to copy and paste the hair right above his eye like you did in the preview. After that, chop off the pixels on the right side of the hair.
For turning away from screen: Redraw the hair, but make it 1 pixel longer than before. After Sotu starts facing left or right (around 90 degrees away from the screen), the hair starts getting shorter.
For turning to the screen: Redraw the hair, but make it 1 pixel shorter than before. After Sotu starts facing left or right (around 90 degrees from the screen), the hair starts getting longer.
Sometimes the hair should be the same width on a few sprites, so if it doesn't look right, mess around with the hair's width.
For turning up or down: It's a bit harder to explain, but draw a line from Sotu's cheek to his other one. Move the line above the eye, and redraw the hair. Use the line you drew to guide how the hair is turned.
If Sotu is facing like 45 degrees away from the camera (up or down) the hair starts getting shorter.
