Description
Godzilla returned to the surface less than a Month after Kiryu sank them both. With barely any defenses, Godzilla took the Nuclear Reactor. When the Nuclear Energy exploded and Godzilla absorbed it, he became more powerful again. But this time, it resulted in an interesting transformation. His body became as slim and sleek as it was in the 60’s and 70’s. His large spikes fell off and new smaller ones grew in place. It was quite shocking to see. But I was positive that this Godzilla was the most powerful Godzilla of them all.

But while the Counter Godzilla Task Agency was doing the Kiryu Project, the JSDF had a secret branch that they’d been preparing for the past decade – but we’ll get to that in a minute. Part of this secret project was that they salvaged an old vehicle; Atragon. It was the exploratory subterranean submarine that discovered the lost civilization of Mu. It first encountered Manda and was destroyed. Over the past few years, they used Atragon to build Gotengo, a more powerful, heavily armored version of the previous ship, armed to the teeth with weapons and what’s more, now had the power of flight.

Once Godzilla left, they deployed Gotengo to chase after it. Aso piloted it, ready to lead the final attack against Godzilla. They also mobilized tanks to Antarctica where Godzilla fled to. It was no secret how powerful Godzilla was now. Soon the Gotengo went down as well as the other tanks. Godzilla was about to finish Gotengo when suddenly there was an earthquake. Sergeant Gordon, an American soldier aboard the Gotengo took advantage of the situation and fired all the Gotengo’s missiles toward the mountain near Godzilla. It resulted in an avalanche that pushed Godzilla underneath the earth, burying him in snow.

It took weeks to dig down to him. When he was found, he was completely frozen in a block of ice. Godzilla had finally been captured. It was finally over. They won. To insure that Godzilla never broke out, they built a base around the ice block that he was trapped in. They covered the base with a dome to protect him from the elements. But now, it seemed like after 50 years the world would finally be at peace. Without the King of the Monsters, the war against the Kaiju was over…but this was the beginning of the end.

Final War

Once Godzilla was gone, the nations of the world banded together to make a counterstrike against his army of monsters that remained loyal to him. They were easily drawn off and went back to Monster Land. That’s when the gates were reactivated, sealing them up inside. The new unity that the planet had from defeating the monsters made peace for the world and formed the Earth Union. The Union also created the Earth Defense Force to protect the planet.

As I mentioned before, the JSDF had a secret project underway. Over the years, they noticed that several humans with genetic mutations began appearing all over the world. These mutants had abilities that surpassed ordinary humans. They were being trained in combat and weapon skills to create the M-Organization to combat Monsters. They were the EDF’s first line of defense. Their ultimate opponent was Godzilla. But now Godzilla had been sealed up for a whole year. Essentially put me and my Research Corporation out of business…Now it is nearing November of 2004; his 50th Birthday.

Somewhere in the Pacific, a monster had slithered its way out of Monster Land; Manda. Gotengo was mobilized to combat it. Lt. Gordon had been commended for his defeat of Godzilla and was promoted to Colonel Gordon. He now commanded the Gotengo in the fight against Manda. The rematch between the ship and the giant sea serpent went as follows.

Manda had wrapped his body around the hull and was crushing it. Gordon ordered them to sail the sub near an erupting volcanic field, against his superior’s orders. The volcano heated the Sub and Manda’s body. Manda was forced to let go, his body still glowing with heat. The sub turned around and saw Manda heading right for them. They fired their Absolute Zero Cannon, completely freezing Manda, before the Gotengo’s drill plowed through him. Manda was the first to go down. However, for disobeying orders, Gordon was Court Marshaled.

Meanwhile elsewhere, the EDF found a fossilized monster. It was Gigan!!! It didn’t seem possible, but it was Gigan! A mutant named Ozaki met with U.N. biologist Miyuki Otonashi who was sent there to research the monster. Instead of the original Gigan that they had seen, this one had barely any organic body parts left…it was all machine. Miyuki discovered that also instead of some of the traces of Nebulan DNA, the creature had a special genetic code that was similar to the mutants. They called it M-Base.

Suddenly the Shobijin appeared to the two and showed them a vision of Infant Island. There was another cave painting on the wall, opposite the cave painting of Mothra and Battra. This new painting showed Mothra fighting Gigan. The battle occurred over 65 Million Years ago while Ghidrah was wiping out the dinosaurs. The Shobijin warned them about Gigan and how the mutants have similar DNA to him. They tell him that a great battle of Good and Evil will soon take place as they show them a painting depicting a prophesy. It showed a monster that looked like Ghidrah.

Suddenly, they received word from Monster Land. The Fences suddenly went down. Before anyone knew what had happened, Rodan appeared in New York, Anguirus in Shanghai, Kamacuras in Paris, Kumonga in Arizona, Varan in Great Britain, Baragon in Washington D.C., Gorosaurus in Moscow, and King Caesar – ironically – in Okinawa. Even Zilla appeared in Sydney – Tatopoulos appeared to the M-Organization and said he didn’t know what was wrong with him. Regardless, the monsters appeared all over the world within the blink of an eye and began destroying everything in sight. The EDF believed the attack was retaliation for their leader’s fall. Their loyalty to Godzilla was undying. Several attack jets similar to Gotengo were deployed while the former was under repair. Meanwhile, Ebirah appeared at the Tokai Petrochemical Complex and Ozaki’s garrison of Mutants was deployed.

They fought with Ebirah on foot using their guns. Ozaki’s friend and fellow Mutant, Katsunori Kazama leapt on top of Ebirah and shot out his eye. He was about to finish the giant lobster when suddenly a beam of light shined upon it, and it disappeared. All over the world similar rays of light wiped out all the other monsters as well. What was going on? Before long, a gigantic Space Ship appeared over Tokyo. It was the Alien’s Mothership. The EDF deployed thousands of troops, ready to attack. However, the first being that stepped out of the ship, was Nataro Daigo – the United Nations Secretary-General. When Rodan first appeared the giant pterodactyl destroyed his plane. However, he claimed that the aliens saved him before it was destroyed.

However, when the aliens first appeared from the ship, people didn’t welcome them so friendly. They were the Xilliens – the people from Planet X!!! People were skeptical about their so-called ‘friendly’ intentions when back in 1965 they took control of Godzilla, Rodan and King Ghidorah and tried to destroy mankind. But Nataro insisted that they were friendly. They were of a new generation on Planet X that wanted to seek diplomacy with planet Earth. They came to warn them, that a giant planet known as Gorath II was headed on a collision course with earth as Gorath I had been back in the 1980’s. The People of the planet had to make a risky move by temporarily moving the planet out of its orbit to avoid the collision. But now the Xilliens offered their technology to destroy Gorath when it approaches the planet in a few months. As a token of their good will, they destroyed all of the Monsters for mankind.

After receiving the warning, Nataro called a conference to announce the creation of the Space Nations – a unity between Earth and Planet X. Xilliens began mingling with mankind taking part in our culture. However, few were still cautious about the Xilliens as they had pretended to be friendly in the past and quickly turned on mankind. Ozaki, Miyuki and the other mutants were among the skeptics. Miyuki’s sister had found proof about the Xilliens. She showed them a video of Nataro and they saw that his eyes never blinked throughout his entire speech. Something was wrong. They began suspecting that the Xilliens were replacing important human beings with Xillien look-a-likes.

What’s worse, they took satellite photographs in outer space and found Planet Gorath. Some of the photos were taken a few hours apart but it looked like Gorath wasn’t moving. They eventually concluded that Gorath was just a holographic image. The Xilliens tricked them again! But what were they up to? Maybe they were trying to assimilate mankind into their own race. Their suspicions about Nataro were confirmed when they tested his blood. He was an alien alright, and what was worse, so was the chief of M-Organization. It seemed like there was no one to turn to.

Ozaki knew of someone who he believed they could trust – Captain Gordon. They broke him out of his confinement and began to plan. On live television, Miyuki’s sister managed to trick the Secretary General into revealing that he was an Xillien during an interview when she showed him her dog under the guise that it was his own. The Xilliens knew they’d been had. Immediately, Gordon and Ozaki stormed into the studio, ordering that the Xilliens surrender. The Xillien General said that even though they lied they did want to make peaceful diplomacy, however his second in command suddenly killed him. He took over as the Xillien’s leader and declared war on mankind saying that the humans were now their cattle. However, the other mutants appeared to back up Ozaki and Gordon. But the new leader did something to them. He made this strange sound and suddenly the mutants turned on them.

They managed to fight there way out and make it to the Gotengo with Miyuki. The ship was finally prepared and launched. However, the Xilliens returned to the ship. Mankind was preparing to attack the Mothership. The Xillien leader then revealed that the Xilliens had a plan the entire time.

“GIGAN RISE!!!”

Suddenly, Gigan’s red eye began to glow. The Cyborg woke up and broke out of its fossilized layer of sediment, fully operational. It broke out of the building it was kept in. Gigan looked a lot fiercer than he used to; his new body had sharper blades and it was skinnier and sleeker than it used to be. He was now able to fire a laser from his eye that worked a bit like a blast would when fired inside of Mothra’s reflective scales. The Xillien leader then ordered the Xilliens to release all of the Monsters. They’d been controlling them all along! Soon, all of the monsters were released to their locations and the destruction began. The military weapons didn’t stand a chance against the Monsters now that Gigan was at the lead. And what’s worse, the Xilliens released all of their attack fighters from the Mothership as well. It was bad, it was a full out attack on Mankind. Nearly everything was destroyed and it seemed like the human race would be wiped out. However, in some areas mankind banded together and went underground, planning to form the resistance – myself included.

While all of this was happening, a hunter and his grandson found Godzilla’s Son, Minya hiding near Mt. Fuji. The young monster, had escaped from Monster Land along with the others, but unlike the other monsters, he did not attack. Even after all these decades, since he had not been exposed to Radiation, he never matured into a full fledged Godzilla like Junior had. The strange thing was, when they found him, he was about the size of a grown man, similar to the size he’d been the Godzilla’s Revenge File. The boy stopped his Grandfather from shooting the Godzillasaur. They elected to take it with them when the attacks started to happen.

Ozaki and Gordon escaped onto the Gotengo, but there didn’t seem any place to go on Earth that was safe. The other ships had been wiped out by the monsters and the Xillien space ship. It was incredible; it was like the Kilaak invasion all over again. They wondered how the Monsters were being controlled as well as the mutants. They realized that both Gigan and the Mutants had M-Base in them – that must’ve been how the Xilliens managed to control them. They must’ve altered the monster’s genetic codes to contain M-Base. Everything with M-Base is controlled by Xilliens. But Ozaki was alright, so why wasn’t he controlled? They figured that he was some sort of special case. Ozaki suggested that they use the Gotengo to fight; it was now their last hope. Gordon disagreed and said –

“No…our last hope is right here.”

He then pointed to a map of Antarctica – Sector G. It was where they froze Godzilla! Gordon wanted to wake Godzilla. He knew that Godzilla was the most powerful weapon on Earth. It was confirmed when he managed to contact me. I told him everything he wanted to know about Godzilla’s latest transformation and my informed opinion on it. They knew that since Godzilla had been frozen during the past year, it wouldn’t have M-Base in it. Godzilla as King of the Monsters was more powerful than any of the others. They’d free Godzilla, lead him across the globe to fight the other Monsters and then to the Mothership to destroy it as well.

The others were a bit worried by this plan as Godzilla could destroy the world, but as Gordon put – there was no world left to destroy. Gordon said that once Godzilla does his job, they’d lead him back to the South Pole and seal him up again. It was their only chance. Godzilla would have to fight all the other monsters but I assured him that with Godzilla’s new destructive power, the other monsters couldn’t stand up to him even if he fought them all at once. This was the Final Mission that would decide the Ultimate Fate of the Human Race; Survival or Extinction. It was operation; Final War.

They radioed down to the G-Dome in the South Pole. They told the two remaining guards down there to open the dome. They were going to wake Godzilla. The dome was opened and soon Gotengo reached Antarctica. However, the Xilliens had been watching them. The leader didn’t know what they were up to, but he sent Gigan after them. Gigan attacked the ship and knocked it to the ground, but not before Gotengo fired its missiles toward the dome. They impacted.

Gigan landed on the ground and was moving toward the Gotengo. Suddenly a massive Atomic Ray shot out from the ruins of the dome and struck Gigan, knocking him off his feet. They all looked in awe as they heard the monstrous roar. Godzilla was back, his eyes burning with the rage of a King! Gigan got back into the air and attacked Godzilla from the sky before landing again. He looked at Gigan and like when he fought Megalon, he lifted his hand to touch where his scars on his forehead had been. Though they were no longer there, it was clear that the memory was. Gigan shot tow cables from his claws. They wrapped around Godzilla’s neck. Gigan tried fishing him in, pulling him towards him. The Buzz Saw on his body sprang to life with the intent of cutting Godzilla up when he got close enough. However, Godzilla charged up for an Atomic Ray and completely blew Gigan’s head off. He took the cables off of his neck.

The Xillien leader was furious. He didn’t know what this new monster was or how it was able to wipe out his strongest monster. Suddenly the ship received a Transmission from Gordon. His words inspired hope for mankind and fear for the People of Planet X.

“Listen Kid, there are two things you didn’t know about the Earth; one is me – Captain Gordon of the Gotengo. And the other is the King of the Monsters…Godzilla!”

Godzilla roared in triumph as lightning struck all around him. The leader was perplexed. He had no knowledge of this monster. The previous General knew about Godzilla from the stories his people had of first landing on the planet. He wanted the Peaceful transaction with mankind; he knew if they tried the full on invasion, Godzilla could stop them. However, he wasn’t worried. Though Gigan was his strongest weapon on Earth, he had one other trump card that he kept in secret.

“I’ll deal with you…Godzilla will with…THIS!!!”

He lifted his arm toward the sky. Suddenly in outer space a few million miles from Earth and making surprising headway, was a burning object. Was Gorath real all along? But the survivors didn’t know this at the time. They had bigger things to worry about. Godzilla turned around and began moving toward Gotengo, believing its previous fight with the attack ship was still going on. Good, that meant it would follow them. They took off and began heading for Tokyo, passing through Australia first. They led Godzilla to the destroyed city of Sydney. The Xillien leader was waiting for them.

“Godzilla…Show me what you’ve got.”

The huge ship in the area released Zilla for their first creature. I was able to watch the feed via Gotengo. I leaned forward when I saw him appear. This was the fight I had been eager to see. The King of the Monsters and his would be Successor fighting it out in a Battle Royale for the Throne to determine once and for all who would be King. The fight lasted all of 12 seconds, going down in history as the fastest fight Godzilla had ever fought. When Zilla leapt toward the King, GODzilla swatted him into the Sydney Opera House with his tail. Then with a single blast of his Atomic Breath, Zilla was gone. Albeit disappointing, it finally proved that there was clearly no contest and it was pure insult that such a pitiful creature had been mistaken for Godzilla. There were only two that were really distraught when Zilla was killed – Nick Tatopoulos and of course the Xillien leader.

“I knew that Tuna-Head was useless! Next!”

They lead Godzilla through New Guinea next. There he fought Kumonga. The huge spider tried to web Godzilla up, but the Monster King grabbed the thick webbing and began spinning it around until he threw Kumonga away. They finally made it back to the mainland and lead Godzilla through Manazuru where it met with the surviving Kamacuras. The insect’s new ability to camouflage itself proved to be a nuisance. But when it tried to leap towards Godzilla, he grabbed it and threw it into the electrical cables, zapping it. Godzilla then moved on.

“There is a strong Creature on Earth – this Godzilla guy is one tough dude…Interesting.”

Godzilla was then led toward Mt. Fuji but not before destroying what was left of the city in the area. Minya had reacted when Godzilla was released, most likely their telepathic connection. When Godzilla landed on Japan, the old man and his grandson watched him fight and destroy everything. The old man explained about Dimension Tide and why Godzilla was so angry. He also told him that the atomic bombings made him angry as well because their destruction burned everything. That’s why Godzilla couldn’t forgive them and move on. Minya then acted sporadically, insisting that his two human friends return to the car immediately.

When Godzilla began to round Mt. Fuji and head for Tokyo, the Xillien leader had all three spaceships release his three strongest Monsters; Anguirus, Rodan and King Caesar.

“What now Godzilla?”

Anguirus roared out to Godzilla. Godzilla was at first relieved to see his old friend again, but Anguirus kept roaring his challenge at him. Godzilla then made a look like something Anguirus said had offended him. The two creatures rushed toward each other, now determined to finish what they stared back in 1955. But while they rushed towards each other, Rodan and Caesar were attacking from the side. Soon all three of them would be on Godzilla. However, Godzilla suddenly stepped on Anguirus’ head and jumped off of it, leaving the three monsters to crash into each other. He turned around to fight again as Caesar rushed toward him. He pushed Caesar out of the way, but the ancient guardian climbed up on the rocks and tried to jump on him. Godzilla caught him and threw him onto Anguirus’ back.

When they neared Mt. Fuji again, Minya tried to take the wheel and direct them where to go. They stopped near the battlefield and Minya ran out to see his father fight. It seemed rather apparent that Godzilla would win, so the Xillien leader released three other monsters that he had; Gorossaurus, Varan and Baragon. Though viciously outnumbered 6 to 1, my theory was proven correct; Godzilla fought and beat them all. He grabbed Gorosaurus by the snout and threw him toward Varan, sending them both crashing into the cliff. Do I even need to mention how much he had Baragon outmatched? He kicked Baragon hard in the jaw and grabbed the tiny creature by its tail. He slammed him on the ground a few times before throwing him onto the other two downed monsters.

He turned towards Anguirus who then curled up in a spiky ball. He was preparing to counter the attack when suddenly he hesitated. The Ball clawed across his chest and then Rodan struck him from behind. However, he then got the opportunity to take Rodan down. While Anguirus was in the air, he swatted him with his tail and sent him flying toward Rodan. The huge Pteranodon fell out of the sky and landed on top of Baragon. King Caesar ran forward and kicked Anguirus toward Godzilla before he landed. However, though the shot was clearly going to miss, Godzilla jumped toward Anguirus as if trying to catch him. But the monster crashed into the cliff and fell on top of Rodan. Now all alone, Caesar charged Godzilla one last time. He leapt into the air and tried to kick him, but Godzilla grabbed him and threw him over to the pile. Godzilla had triumphed over six enemies. He really was as powerful as I said.

But Godzilla spared their lives due to his friendship with them in the past. They had been after all, loyal soldiers in his army and kingdom. Godzilla then continued following the Gotengo. Seeing his father’s victory excited Minya. He began dancing around and cheering him on. His spikes glowed and he tried to use his atomic breath, but all he could manage was a fire ring. But suddenly, Minya’s body began to glow. His two friends marveled at what he was doing.

The Xillien leader now only had one monster left and he was getting desperate. Godzilla was only a short while away from Tokyo. But he had one last Monster up his sleeve and then some. The Gotengo appeared in Tokyo after leaving Godzilla to deal with Ebirah out at sea. The Mothership released all of its fighters to attack the Gotengo. But the ship emptied all of its guns on the fleet and kept heading toward the Mothership. However, they couldn’t get through because of the shield. But Kazama – who had been controlled by the Xilliens and fought Ozaki and was released when the leader awakened Gigan – took a one man jet plane and flew into the super structure of the Mothership, sacrificing his own life to destroy the shield generators.

Gotengo then drilled through the surface of the Mothership. Ozaki tried to fire their maser cannon to destroy the ship from the inside, but they were soon captured by the Xilliens. The Xilliens killed the other crew members but left the main group alive – the leader had other plans for them. They were brought to the main control room where they watched as Godzilla came ashore. Meanwhile on Infant Island, the Shobijin knew Godzilla could use some help. They called on Mothra. The huge Moth awoke and began flying toward Japan.

From out of the waters of Tokyo Bay, Godzilla atomic ray blasted two figures into the air. The first – surprisingly - was Hedorah! The Smog Monster had survived and formed into another fully grown creature. Why it stayed dormant for so long, I have not determined yet. Though, Hedorah was not being controlled by the Xilliens – I guess since he wasn’t trapped on Monster Land, they didn’t know about him…or they thought he was useless. Ebirah came falling down next and his claw jabbed into Hedorah’s eye. Godzilla rose out of the water and obliterated them both with a single blast. He then walked into the city.

The Xillien leader was angry with this, but realizing he had no more monsters left, all he could do was wait. Gordon asked him what they wanted with the humans alive. Like he said, humans were now the Xillien’s cattle; they needed the ATP energy generated in the Mitochondria in Human Cells to survive. They were going to be kept alive to breed. He said that they didn’t need science or civilization anymore since all they did was use their knowledge to destroy things. He then turned toward the screen.

“Now, let’s watch the main event; the end of Godzilla!

As Godzilla walked into the city, Planet Gorath entered the atmosphere. However it was smaller than the Xillien’s claimed; about the size of a regular meteorite. Regardless, Godzilla drove his feet into the ground and charged up for the most powerful Atomic Blast Godzilla had yet to showcase – I say that because he has become an expert at setting that record and breaking it. The blast struck the meteorite but was unable to destroy it before it entered the atmosphere. It seemed like it couldn’t even stop it at all. Soon, Gorath exploded, creating a huge explosion that turned nearly all of Tokyo into a crater. But at least Godzilla had destroyed it…or had he?

Suddenly a new Monster appeared in the sky and landed behind Godzilla. Godzilla turned to see it. The creature was about Godzilla’s size. It had no skin; its black colored muscles were exposed. Its body was covered in strange bones that seemed to form a kind of armor. There were two halves of a skull on either side of this new beasts shoulders and one whole skull covering its own head. However, out of each eye socket of the skull were glowing red eyes. It was more hideous yet surprisingly subtle than Orga ever was. It breathed shallow breaths of steam like a raging bull. Something about Godzilla greatly angered it. This monster was never officially named, so we called it Monster X.

After staring each other down, Godzilla and Monster X ran toward each other. They jumped into the air and cut each other as they past. They both landed alright, but X was quick to turn and run at Godzilla again. This time it jumped into the air and swung around, first striking Godzilla with the back of its hand and then slapping its forked tail into Godzilla. It then grabbed Godzilla’s arms and twisted them down, forcing Godzilla into the air. Godzilla bellowed in pain, but quickly released himself from the grip and pushed the monster back. It seemed Monster X matched Godzilla in speed and physical strength. Godzilla tried to swipe his tail against it, but the creature dodge. But luckily when it recovered, it was met with a blast of Atomic Fire to his face. The creature took it but retaliated with four lasers shot from all four eyes on its body. It struck Godzilla and greatly affected him, bringing the King of the Monsters to his knees.

“Is that all Godzilla can do?”

Then at that moment, he saw Mothra heading toward the field. He sent the rebuilt and modified Gigan to fight her. Gigan was now had a new head and his arms were fitted with dual chainsaws for each arm. The two clashed in the air, but Gigan quickly overpowered her and sent her falling to the ground after cutting off a piece of her wing. Ozaki asked the Leader why he didn’t kill him. The information was startling.

“Why would I; we’re brothers.”

Back in the first invasion of Earth, it was revealed that certain humans were actually Xilliens in disguise as well. Perhaps all this time they were spawning Xillien/Human Hybrids. The mutants didn’t start popping up until after the Monster Zero incident. They were half Xilliens. He also asked why he couldn’t be controlled like the other mutants.

“You’re a special case – every now and then a mutant with human and Xillien DNA undergo a 1 in a million mutation to become a Keizer; an all powerful super being with nearly unlimited power. It appears the both of us are Keizers.”

Suddenly the Leader hit Ozaki with a telepathic ray that allowed him to control him now. He began to fight with the others. But eventually, Ozaki remembered what the Shobijin told him – you are who you choose to be. The amulet that he got from them awakened his Keizer powers. He began to fight with the leader while the others went back to the Gotengo, fighting their way past the other Xilliens. They received help from Nataro and the Chief who were being held captive on the ship the whole time.

On the ground, Godzilla was holding his own against Monster X, but when Gigan showed up and assisted the fight, he could fight the two strongest monsters together on his own. During the struggle, X got a hold of Godzilla and held his arms behind his back. Gigan approached them and began slicing Godzilla across the chest. However, when Gigan tried again, Godzilla turned allowing X to take the attack. Godzilla was freed. But now both monsters stood alongside each other and were preparing to attack. But suddenly Mothra appeared and knocked them both down with her wings. There was a moment where Godzilla and Mothra called to each other. Though they had their falling out in the past, they were both proud to fight by each others sides again.

Godzilla fought with Monster X while Mothra continued her duel with Gigan. Gigan released two spinning blade disks to go after Mothra. She dodged them and began releasing her reflective scales. Gigan took the opportunity and used his eye laser. The resulting impact caused Mothra’s scales to set her on fire. However, while Gigan was distracted, his disks flew back towards him and cut his head off. Mothra then flew towards Gigan, ramming her burning body into the cyborg, destroying it for good. Mothra then landed away from the battlefield, unable to continue fighting.

Godzilla had Monster X beat now. Ironically their fight seemed to mirror the fight between Ozaki and the Xillien leader. Godzilla knocked X to the ground and began punching him over and over again brutally. Ozaki finally beat the leader and left to meet with the others on the Gotengo. He fired the maser at the inside of the ship and the Mothership began to implode.

Godzilla and X fired their energy beams at each other. The collision caused an explosion that knocked them both to the ground. The Mothership exploded above them when it happened. Godzilla got back up, but X stayed on his knees. Godzilla roared his challenge out to Monster X, demanding that he get up and fight.

Now watching the feed of this via the Gotengo I must say that witnessing this shocked me to the very inch of my sanity. It did nothing short of terrify me. Monster X was on all of his legs and he started to convulse. Suddenly his forked tail split into two separate tails. He began making these strange sounds. Suddenly two huge wings shot out of his back. They were a dull gold color. Seeing this, I couldn’t believe it; it didn’t seem possible! It couldn’t have been him!

Suddenly the two halves of the skulls on his shoulders lifted out of his skin revealing that they were whole skulls. Now they began to breathe as well. X’s body grew larger. His forearms turned into legs and grew thicker; they were also slightly gold in color. I was terrified now. The skulls on the monster split open revealing the heads underneath. The veins on its forehead glowed the color of lava. Suddenly the three heads rose up, their necks growing longer and their faces becoming dragon-like. It was him! He was alive and he was back! It was Ghidrah!!!

The transformation resulted in the three headed dragon with a long and large quadrupedal body that was a combination of grotesque blue and gold colors. The transformation from Monster X into Monster X II could only be caused by the apparent Keizer DNA in the creature. This beast has now gone on to be called Keizer Ghidorah!

The two monsters roared at each other, each signaling familiarity and an old rivalry. The sounds that Ghidorah made almost sounded like laughter. But Godzilla wasn’t intimidated. It was time for the final battle. Godzilla fired his atomic breath. Ghidorah countered with his gravity beams. The Dragon’s attack quickly overpowered Godzilla’s. Ghidorah’s gravity beams then lifted Godzilla into the air like Space Godzilla was able to do. Ghidorah tossed Godzilla around the city like he was a toy, causing buildings to crash into him. It was clear there was no contest. When X transformed, he unleashed a great deal of energy.

Ghidorah dropped Godzilla at his feet and reared up on his hind legs. He began stomping on Godzilla, mercilessly. He kicked Godzilla away. Then he reached his three heads down and bit Godzilla’s neck and arms. All saw blue energy coursing through Ghidorah’s necks down towards his body. He was draining Godzilla’s energy. Soon Godzilla’s body went limp. It seemed like the King of the Monsters had finally been bested by another. The planet was doomed.

Ozaki would have nothing of it. He jumped behind the controls for the Maser Cannon. His body glowed with his Keizer energy. The ship released two satellites that rotated around it at fast speed. As they spun, they generated more energy for the ship. Ozaki’s Keizer energy was also absorbed by the ships firing supply. Soon the holographic screen displayed the infinity symbol, showing that Gotengo now had infinite power. He fired the laser strait at Godzilla’s spikes.

Godzilla’s whole body began to glow with power. His head rose up and he regained the will to fight. The energy suddenly became too much for Ghidorah and sparks shot from his three mouths. He dropped Godzilla. The Monster King grabbed one of its three heads and bit down on the neck. When another one shot at him, he blasted it off. The other head tried to shoot him, but he pushed the head to face the remaining head, blasting it off as well. Godzilla then took Ghidorah by his final neck and lifted him over his shoulder throwing him across the city. He charged toward Ghidorah and stepped on his remaining throat before kicking him away again. He walked over and grabbed Ghidorah by the tails and swung him over his shoulder again. He did it again. Then one final time, he threw Ghidorah into the air and let go. And like I mentioned before – Godzilla beat his record for most powerful Atomic Ray. When he charged up, he spun around showing that his spikes had now turned a Crimson color. He unleashed the most powerful spiral ray that anyone would see in their entire life.

The blast was powerful enough that Ghidorah was sent rocketed into space and exploding once it passed our atmosphere. If there was only one moment where Godzilla proved that he was King of the Monsters…it would be this moment. Godzilla had won; he’d saved the earth again and proved that no matter what happened he couldn’t be beat. He roared in triumph as he saw the last remnants of his arch nemesis explode.

He then turned toward Gotengo and blasted the ship. Since they had given him all their power, they couldn’t dodge it. They went to the ground, but they weren’t hurt. They escaped the Gotengo and watched as Godzilla walked up to them. It seemed like he was about to destroy them. But as the sun came up, a glimmer of hope appeared for the humans. Minya appeared at his original size from the buildings and ran toward Godzilla.

Since Godzilla had become more powerful in recent years, Minya barely came up to his knee again. The boy and his grandfather also appeared alongside Minya. The grandfather called out to him…

“Godzilla…the war is over; it’s time to forget. Forgive them!”

Godzilla clutched his fists in rage. The humans raised their weapons. However, the boy suddenly stepped in front of his grandfather’s rifle. He shielded Godzilla from them. Having watched what he just did, Godzilla turned to Godzilla and spread his arms out, shielding them from Godzilla. Godzilla roared at Minya, who calmly called back to him. Who knows what Godzilla’s son said to him, but it was apparent that Minya wasn’t going to move. Godzilla’s spikes began to glow. He was getting ready to fire, when suddenly he dropped his fists and the glow died down. He then turned around and walked away.

Minya smiled down at his human friends and turned toward Godzilla. He chased after him, finally being able to breathe an Atomic Heat ray on his own. Godzilla and Minya went out to sea. They went back to Monster Land along with the monsters Godzilla spared. Mothra returned to Infant Island to live quietly with the Shobijin. Ozaki and the other humans then traveled the world looking for survivors to help them rebuild the human race and civilization. They eventually found our resistance, hiding underground. Mankind wasn’t gone for good – not yet.

The war with Godzilla was finally over…there was peace at last. Ozaki said that it wasn’t truly over…it was just a new beginning. And as Godzilla and his youngster swam toward the dawning sun, he turned around and roared to the humans as if to agree with him.

Civilization was rebuilt after that. Life goes on as it has these past six years. I am proud to have lived through it to bring you this information. But if there was one absolute that I’ve come to understand is that no matter what occurs – Godzilla will be back. He always comes back. His roar told us that he would definitely be back. Though he hasn’t appeared yet, I have calculated that he will return sometime between the end of 2012 and mid 2013. I hope he does, and I hope we’re all still alive to see it. It would be a shame if the world ended before we all got to see Godzilla again. Though I don’t know if he’ll be friend or foe, or once again a misunderstood creature in our world. If the latter is the case, then I don’t know what he’ll be after.

And who am I who wrote this file for you? The JSDF calls me the Expert. G-Force calls me the Consult. The rest of Japan and most likely the entire world simply refer to me as the Madman. But ever since that fateful night when I – as a mere teenager - found Martin amongst the rubble muttering ‘This is Tokyo’ over and over again, I have devoted the past fifty six years of my life to research Godzilla. I’m an old man now and I don’t know how much longer I’ll be around. But I know that I have lived a life well-spent. I know in my heart that Godzilla will return. And I just hope that I’ll get to see Godzilla, hear his roar and see his spikes glow with that other worldly radioactive light…one last time…

Description
Godzilla returned to the surface less than a Month after Kiryu sank them both. With barely any defenses, Godzilla took the Nuclear Reactor. When the Nuclear Energy exploded and Godzilla absorbed it, he became more powerful again. But this time, it resulted in an interesting transformation. His body became as slim and sleek as it was in the 60’s and 70’s. His large spikes fell off and new smaller ones grew in place. It was quite shocking to see. But I was positive that this Godzilla was the most powerful Godzilla of them all.

But while the Counter Godzilla Task Agency was doing the Kiryu Project, the JSDF had a secret branch that they’d been preparing for the past decade – but we’ll get to that in a minute. Part of this secret project was that they salvaged an old vehicle; Atragon. It was the exploratory subterranean submarine that discovered the lost civilization of Mu. It first encountered Manda and was destroyed. Over the past few years, they used Atragon to build Gotengo, a more powerful, heavily armored version of the previous ship, armed to the teeth with weapons and what’s more, now had the power of flight.

Once Godzilla left, they deployed Gotengo to chase after it. Aso piloted it, ready to lead the final attack against Godzilla. They also mobilized tanks to Antarctica where Godzilla fled to. It was no secret how powerful Godzilla was now. Soon the Gotengo went down as well as the other tanks. Godzilla was about to finish Gotengo when suddenly there was an earthquake. Sergeant Gordon, an American soldier aboard the Gotengo took advantage of the situation and fired all the Gotengo’s missiles toward the mountain near Godzilla. It resulted in an avalanche that pushed Godzilla underneath the earth, burying him in snow.

It took weeks to dig down to him. When he was found, he was completely frozen in a block of ice. Godzilla had finally been captured. It was finally over. They won. To insure that Godzilla never broke out, they built a base around the ice block that he was trapped in. They covered the base with a dome to protect him from the elements. But now, it seemed like after 50 years the world would finally be at peace. Without the King of the Monsters, the war against the Kaiju was over…but this was the beginning of the end.

Final War

Once Godzilla was gone, the nations of the world banded together to make a counterstrike against his army of monsters that remained loyal to him. They were easily drawn off and went back to Monster Land. That’s when the gates were reactivated, sealing them up inside. The new unity that the planet had from defeating the monsters made peace for the world and formed the Earth Union. The Union also created the Earth Defense Force to protect the planet.

As I mentioned before, the JSDF had a secret project underway. Over the years, they noticed that several humans with genetic mutations began appearing all over the world. These mutants had abilities that surpassed ordinary humans. They were being trained in combat and weapon skills to create the M-Organization to combat Monsters. They were the EDF’s first line of defense. Their ultimate opponent was Godzilla. But now Godzilla had been sealed up for a whole year. Essentially put me and my Research Corporation out of business…Now it is nearing November of 2004; his 50th Birthday.

Somewhere in the Pacific, a monster had slithered its way out of Monster Land; Manda. Gotengo was mobilized to combat it. Lt. Gordon had been commended for his defeat of Godzilla and was promoted to Colonel Gordon. He now commanded the Gotengo in the fight against Manda. The rematch between the ship and the giant sea serpent went as follows.

Manda had wrapped his body around the hull and was crushing it. Gordon ordered them to sail the sub near an erupting volcanic field, against his superior’s orders. The volcano heated the Sub and Manda’s body. Manda was forced to let go, his body still glowing with heat. The sub turned around and saw Manda heading right for them. They fired their Absolute Zero Cannon, completely freezing Manda, before the Gotengo’s drill plowed through him. Manda was the first to go down. However, for disobeying orders, Gordon was Court Marshaled.

Meanwhile elsewhere, the EDF found a fossilized monster. It was Gigan!!! It didn’t seem possible, but it was Gigan! A mutant named Ozaki met with U.N. biologist Miyuki Otonashi who was sent there to research the monster. Instead of the original Gigan that they had seen, this one had barely any organic body parts left…it was all machine. Miyuki discovered that also instead of some of the traces of Nebulan DNA, the creature had a special genetic code that was similar to the mutants. They called it M-Base.

Suddenly the Shobijin appeared to the two and showed them a vision of Infant Island. There was another cave painting on the wall, opposite the cave painting of Mothra and Battra. This new painting showed Mothra fighting Gigan. The battle occurred over 65 Million Years ago while Ghidrah was wiping out the dinosaurs. The Shobijin warned them about Gigan and how the mutants have similar DNA to him. They tell him that a great battle of Good and Evil will soon take place as they show them a painting depicting a prophesy. It showed a monster that looked like Ghidrah.

Suddenly, they received word from Monster Land. The Fences suddenly went down. Before anyone knew what had happened, Rodan appeared in New York, Anguirus in Shanghai, Kamacuras in Paris, Kumonga in Arizona, Varan in Great Britain, Baragon in Washington D.C., Gorosaurus in Moscow, and King Caesar – ironically – in Okinawa. Even Zilla appeared in Sydney – Tatopoulos appeared to the M-Organization and said he didn’t know what was wrong with him. Regardless, the monsters appeared all over the world within the blink of an eye and began destroying everything in sight. The EDF believed the attack was retaliation for their leader’s fall. Their loyalty to Godzilla was undying. Several attack jets similar to Gotengo were deployed while the former was under repair. Meanwhile, Ebirah appeared at the Tokai Petrochemical Complex and Ozaki’s garrison of Mutants was deployed.

They fought with Ebirah on foot using their guns. Ozaki’s friend and fellow Mutant, Katsunori Kazama leapt on top of Ebirah and shot out his eye. He was about to finish the giant lobster when suddenly a beam of light shined upon it, and it disappeared. All over the world similar rays of light wiped out all the other monsters as well. What was going on? Before long, a gigantic Space Ship appeared over Tokyo. It was the Alien’s Mothership. The EDF deployed thousands of troops, ready to attack. However, the first being that stepped out of the ship, was Nataro Daigo – the United Nations Secretary-General. When Rodan first appeared the giant pterodactyl destroyed his plane. However, he claimed that the aliens saved him before it was destroyed.

However, when the aliens first appeared from the ship, people didn’t welcome them so friendly. They were the Xilliens – the people from Planet X!!! People were skeptical about their so-called ‘friendly’ intentions when back in 1965 they took control of Godzilla, Rodan and King Ghidorah and tried to destroy mankind. But Nataro insisted that they were friendly. They were of a new generation on Planet X that wanted to seek diplomacy with planet Earth. They came to warn them, that a giant planet known as Gorath II was headed on a collision course with earth as Gorath I had been back in the 1980’s. The People of the planet had to make a risky move by temporarily moving the planet out of its orbit to avoid the collision. But now the Xilliens offered their technology to destroy Gorath when it approaches the planet in a few months. As a token of their good will, they destroyed all of the Monsters for mankind.

After receiving the warning, Nataro called a conference to announce the creation of the Space Nations – a unity between Earth and Planet X. Xilliens began mingling with mankind taking part in our culture. However, few were still cautious about the Xilliens as they had pretended to be friendly in the past and quickly turned on mankind. Ozaki, Miyuki and the other mutants were among the skeptics. Miyuki’s sister had found proof about the Xilliens. She showed them a video of Nataro and they saw that his eyes never blinked throughout his entire speech. Something was wrong. They began suspecting that the Xilliens were replacing important human beings with Xillien look-a-likes.

What’s worse, they took satellite photographs in outer space and found Planet Gorath. Some of the photos were taken a few hours apart but it looked like Gorath wasn’t moving. They eventually concluded that Gorath was just a holographic image. The Xilliens tricked them again! But what were they up to? Maybe they were trying to assimilate mankind into their own race. Their suspicions about Nataro were confirmed when they tested his blood. He was an alien alright, and what was worse, so was the chief of M-Organization. It seemed like there was no one to turn to.

Ozaki knew of someone who he believed they could trust – Captain Gordon. They broke him out of his confinement and began to plan. On live television, Miyuki’s sister managed to trick the Secretary General into revealing that he was an Xillien during an interview when she showed him her dog under the guise that it was his own. The Xilliens knew they’d been had. Immediately, Gordon and Ozaki stormed into the studio, ordering that the Xilliens surrender. The Xillien General said that even though they lied they did want to make peaceful diplomacy, however his second in command suddenly killed him. He took over as the Xillien’s leader and declared war on mankind saying that the humans were now their cattle. However, the other mutants appeared to back up Ozaki and Gordon. But the new leader did something to them. He made this strange sound and suddenly the mutants turned on them.

They managed to fight there way out and make it to the Gotengo with Miyuki. The ship was finally prepared and launched. However, the Xilliens returned to the ship. Mankind was preparing to attack the Mothership. The Xillien leader then revealed that the Xilliens had a plan the entire time.

“GIGAN RISE!!!”

Suddenly, Gigan’s red eye began to glow. The Cyborg woke up and broke out of its fossilized layer of sediment, fully operational. It broke out of the building it was kept in. Gigan looked a lot fiercer than he used to; his new body had sharper blades and it was skinnier and sleeker than it used to be. He was now able to fire a laser from his eye that worked a bit like a blast would when fired inside of Mothra’s reflective scales. The Xillien leader then ordered the Xilliens to release all of the Monsters. They’d been controlling them all along! Soon, all of the monsters were released to their locations and the destruction began. The military weapons didn’t stand a chance against the Monsters now that Gigan was at the lead. And what’s worse, the Xilliens released all of their attack fighters from the Mothership as well. It was bad, it was a full out attack on Mankind. Nearly everything was destroyed and it seemed like the human race would be wiped out. However, in some areas mankind banded together and went underground, planning to form the resistance – myself included.

While all of this was happening, a hunter and his grandson found Godzilla’s Son, Minya hiding near Mt. Fuji. The young monster, had escaped from Monster Land along with the others, but unlike the other monsters, he did not attack. Even after all these decades, since he had not been exposed to Radiation, he never matured into a full fledged Godzilla like Junior had. The strange thing was, when they found him, he was about the size of a grown man, similar to the size he’d been the Godzilla’s Revenge File. The boy stopped his Grandfather from shooting the Godzillasaur. They elected to take it with them when the attacks started to happen.

Ozaki and Gordon escaped onto the Gotengo, but there didn’t seem any place to go on Earth that was safe. The other ships had been wiped out by the monsters and the Xillien space ship. It was incredible; it was like the Kilaak invasion all over again. They wondered how the Monsters were being controlled as well as the mutants. They realized that both Gigan and the Mutants had M-Base in them – that must’ve been how the Xilliens managed to control them. They must’ve altered the monster’s genetic codes to contain M-Base. Everything with M-Base is controlled by Xilliens. But Ozaki was alright, so why wasn’t he controlled? They figured that he was some sort of special case. Ozaki suggested that they use the Gotengo to fight; it was now their last hope. Gordon disagreed and said –

“No…our last hope is right here.”

He then pointed to a map of Antarctica – Sector G. It was where they froze Godzilla! Gordon wanted to wake Godzilla. He knew that Godzilla was the most powerful weapon on Earth. It was confirmed when he managed to contact me. I told him everything he wanted to know about Godzilla’s latest transformation and my informed opinion on it. They knew that since Godzilla had been frozen during the past year, it wouldn’t have M-Base in it. Godzilla as King of the Monsters was more powerful than any of the others. They’d free Godzilla, lead him across the globe to fight the other Monsters and then to the Mothership to destroy it as well.

The others were a bit worried by this plan as Godzilla could destroy the world, but as Gordon put – there was no world left to destroy. Gordon said that once Godzilla does his job, they’d lead him back to the South Pole and seal him up again. It was their only chance. Godzilla would have to fight all the other monsters but I assured him that with Godzilla’s new destructive power, the other monsters couldn’t stand up to him even if he fought them all at once. This was the Final Mission that would decide the Ultimate Fate of the Human Race; Survival or Extinction. It was operation; Final War.

They radioed down to the G-Dome in the South Pole. They told the two remaining guards down there to open the dome. They were going to wake Godzilla. The dome was opened and soon Gotengo reached Antarctica. However, the Xilliens had been watching them. The leader didn’t know what they were up to, but he sent Gigan after them. Gigan attacked the ship and knocked it to the ground, but not before Gotengo fired its missiles toward the dome. They impacted.

Gigan landed on the ground and was moving toward the Gotengo. Suddenly a massive Atomic Ray shot out from the ruins of the dome and struck Gigan, knocking him off his feet. They all looked in awe as they heard the monstrous roar. Godzilla was back, his eyes burning with the rage of a King! Gigan got back into the air and attacked Godzilla from the sky before landing again. He looked at Gigan and like when he fought Megalon, he lifted his hand to touch where his scars on his forehead had been. Though they were no longer there, it was clear that the memory was. Gigan shot tow cables from his claws. They wrapped around Godzilla’s neck. Gigan tried fishing him in, pulling him towards him. The Buzz Saw on his body sprang to life with the intent of cutting Godzilla up when he got close enough. However, Godzilla charged up for an Atomic Ray and completely blew Gigan’s head off. He took the cables off of his neck.

The Xillien leader was furious. He didn’t know what this new monster was or how it was able to wipe out his strongest monster. Suddenly the ship received a Transmission from Gordon. His words inspired hope for mankind and fear for the People of Planet X.

“Listen Kid, there are two things you didn’t know about the Earth; one is me – Captain Gordon of the Gotengo. And the other is the King of the Monsters…Godzilla!”

Godzilla roared in triumph as lightning struck all around him. The leader was perplexed. He had no knowledge of this monster. The previous General knew about Godzilla from the stories his people had of first landing on the planet. He wanted the Peaceful transaction with mankind; he knew if they tried the full on invasion, Godzilla could stop them. However, he wasn’t worried. Though Gigan was his strongest weapon on Earth, he had one other trump card that he kept in secret.

“I’ll deal with you…Godzilla will with…THIS!!!”

He lifted his arm toward the sky. Suddenly in outer space a few million miles from Earth and making surprising headway, was a burning object. Was Gorath real all along? But the survivors didn’t know this at the time. They had bigger things to worry about. Godzilla turned around and began moving toward Gotengo, believing its previous fight with the attack ship was still going on. Good, that meant it would follow them. They took off and began heading for Tokyo, passing through Australia first. They led Godzilla to the destroyed city of Sydney. The Xillien leader was waiting for them.

“Godzilla…Show me what you’ve got.”

The huge ship in the area released Zilla for their first creature. I was able to watch the feed via Gotengo. I leaned forward when I saw him appear. This was the fight I had been eager to see. The King of the Monsters and his would be Successor fighting it out in a Battle Royale for the Throne to determine once and for all who would be King. The fight lasted all of 12 seconds, going down in history as the fastest fight Godzilla had ever fought. When Zilla leapt toward the King, GODzilla swatted him into the Sydney Opera House with his tail. Then with a single blast of his Atomic Breath, Zilla was gone. Albeit disappointing, it finally proved that there was clearly no contest and it was pure insult that such a pitiful creature had been mistaken for Godzilla. There were only two that were really distraught when Zilla was killed – Nick Tatopoulos and of course the Xillien leader.

“I knew that Tuna-Head was useless! Next!”

They lead Godzilla through New Guinea next. There he fought Kumonga. The huge spider tried to web Godzilla up, but the Monster King grabbed the thick webbing and began spinning it around until he threw Kumonga away. They finally made it back to the mainland and lead Godzilla through Manazuru where it met with the surviving Kamacuras. The insect’s new ability to camouflage itself proved to be a nuisance. But when it tried to leap towards Godzilla, he grabbed it and threw it into the electrical cables, zapping it. Godzilla then moved on.

“There is a strong Creature on Earth – this Godzilla guy is one tough dude…Interesting.”

Godzilla was then led toward Mt. Fuji but not before destroying what was left of the city in the area. Minya had reacted when Godzilla was released, most likely their telepathic connection. When Godzilla landed on Japan, the old man and his grandson watched him fight and destroy everything. The old man explained about Dimension Tide and why Godzilla was so angry. He also told him that the atomic bombings made him angry as well because their destruction burned everything. That’s why Godzilla couldn’t forgive them and move on. Minya then acted sporadically, insisting that his two human friends return to the car immediately.

When Godzilla began to round Mt. Fuji and head for Tokyo, the Xillien leader had all three spaceships release his three strongest Monsters; Anguirus, Rodan and King Caesar.

“What now Godzilla?”

Anguirus roared out to Godzilla. Godzilla was at first relieved to see his old friend again, but Anguirus kept roaring his challenge at him. Godzilla then made a look like something Anguirus said had offended him. The two creatures rushed toward each other, now determined to finish what they stared back in 1955. But while they rushed towards each other, Rodan and Caesar were attacking from the side. Soon all three of them would be on Godzilla. However, Godzilla suddenly stepped on Anguirus’ head and jumped off of it, leaving the three monsters to crash into each other. He turned around to fight again as Caesar rushed toward him. He pushed Caesar out of the way, but the ancient guardian climbed up on the rocks and tried to jump on him. Godzilla caught him and threw him onto Anguirus’ back.

When they neared Mt. Fuji again, Minya tried to take the wheel and direct them where to go. They stopped near the battlefield and Minya ran out to see his father fight. It seemed rather apparent that Godzilla would win, so the Xillien leader released three other monsters that he had; Gorossaurus, Varan and Baragon. Though viciously outnumbered 6 to 1, my theory was proven correct; Godzilla fought and beat them all. He grabbed Gorosaurus by the snout and threw him toward Varan, sending them both crashing into the cliff. Do I even need to mention how much he had Baragon outmatched? He kicked Baragon hard in the jaw and grabbed the tiny creature by its tail. He slammed him on the ground a few times before throwing him onto the other two downed monsters.

He turned towards Anguirus who then curled up in a spiky ball. He was preparing to counter the attack when suddenly he hesitated. The Ball clawed across his chest and then Rodan struck him from behind. However, he then got the opportunity to take Rodan down. While Anguirus was in the air, he swatted him with his tail and sent him flying toward Rodan. The huge Pteranodon fell out of the sky and landed on top of Baragon. King Caesar ran forward and kicked Anguirus toward Godzilla before he landed. However, though the shot was clearly going to miss, Godzilla jumped toward Anguirus as if trying to catch him. But the monster crashed into the cliff and fell on top of Rodan. Now all alone, Caesar charged Godzilla one last time. He leapt into the air and tried to kick him, but Godzilla grabbed him and threw him over to the pile. Godzilla had triumphed over six enemies. He really was as powerful as I said.

But Godzilla spared their lives due to his friendship with them in the past. They had been after all, loyal soldiers in his army and kingdom. Godzilla then continued following the Gotengo. Seeing his father’s victory excited Minya. He began dancing around and cheering him on. His spikes glowed and he tried to use his atomic breath, but all he could manage was a fire ring. But suddenly, Minya’s body began to glow. His two friends marveled at what he was doing.

The Xillien leader now only had one monster left and he was getting desperate. Godzilla was only a short while away from Tokyo. But he had one last Monster up his sleeve and then some. The Gotengo appeared in Tokyo after leaving Godzilla to deal with Ebirah out at sea. The Mothership released all of its fighters to attack the Gotengo. But the ship emptied all of its guns on the fleet and kept heading toward the Mothership. However, they couldn’t get through because of the shield. But Kazama – who had been controlled by the Xilliens and fought Ozaki and was released when the leader awakened Gigan – took a one man jet plane and flew into the super structure of the Mothership, sacrificing his own life to destroy the shield generators.

Gotengo then drilled through the surface of the Mothership. Ozaki tried to fire their maser cannon to destroy the ship from the inside, but they were soon captured by the Xilliens. The Xilliens killed the other crew members but left the main group alive – the leader had other plans for them. They were brought to the main control room where they watched as Godzilla came ashore. Meanwhile on Infant Island, the Shobijin knew Godzilla could use some help. They called on Mothra. The huge Moth awoke and began flying toward Japan.

From out of the waters of Tokyo Bay, Godzilla atomic ray blasted two figures into the air. The first – surprisingly - was Hedorah! The Smog Monster had survived and formed into another fully grown creature. Why it stayed dormant for so long, I have not determined yet. Though, Hedorah was not being controlled by the Xilliens – I guess since he wasn’t trapped on Monster Land, they didn’t know about him…or they thought he was useless. Ebirah came falling down next and his claw jabbed into Hedorah’s eye. Godzilla rose out of the water and obliterated them both with a single blast. He then walked into the city.

The Xillien leader was angry with this, but realizing he had no more monsters left, all he could do was wait. Gordon asked him what they wanted with the humans alive. Like he said, humans were now the Xillien’s cattle; they needed the ATP energy generated in the Mitochondria in Human Cells to survive. They were going to be kept alive to breed. He said that they didn’t need science or civilization anymore since all they did was use their knowledge to destroy things. He then turned toward the screen.

“Now, let’s watch the main event; the end of Godzilla!

As Godzilla walked into the city, Planet Gorath entered the atmosphere. However it was smaller than the Xillien’s claimed; about the size of a regular meteorite. Regardless, Godzilla drove his feet into the ground and charged up for the most powerful Atomic Blast Godzilla had yet to showcase – I say that because he has become an expert at setting that record and breaking it. The blast struck the meteorite but was unable to destroy it before it entered the atmosphere. It seemed like it couldn’t even stop it at all. Soon, Gorath exploded, creating a huge explosion that turned nearly all of Tokyo into a crater. But at least Godzilla had destroyed it…or had he?

Suddenly a new Monster appeared in the sky and landed behind Godzilla. Godzilla turned to see it. The creature was about Godzilla’s size. It had no skin; its black colored muscles were exposed. Its body was covered in strange bones that seemed to form a kind of armor. There were two halves of a skull on either side of this new beasts shoulders and one whole skull covering its own head. However, out of each eye socket of the skull were glowing red eyes. It was more hideous yet surprisingly subtle than Orga ever was. It breathed shallow breaths of steam like a raging bull. Something about Godzilla greatly angered it. This monster was never officially named, so we called it Monster X.

After staring each other down, Godzilla and Monster X ran toward each other. They jumped into the air and cut each other as they past. They both landed alright, but X was quick to turn and run at Godzilla again. This time it jumped into the air and swung around, first striking Godzilla with the back of its hand and then slapping its forked tail into Godzilla. It then grabbed Godzilla’s arms and twisted them down, forcing Godzilla into the air. Godzilla bellowed in pain, but quickly released himself from the grip and pushed the monster back. It seemed Monster X matched Godzilla in speed and physical strength. Godzilla tried to swipe his tail against it, but the creature dodge. But luckily when it recovered, it was met with a blast of Atomic Fire to his face. The creature took it but retaliated with four lasers shot from all four eyes on its body. It struck Godzilla and greatly affected him, bringing the King of the Monsters to his knees.

“Is that all Godzilla can do?”

Then at that moment, he saw Mothra heading toward the field. He sent the rebuilt and modified Gigan to fight her. Gigan was now had a new head and his arms were fitted with dual chainsaws for each arm. The two clashed in the air, but Gigan quickly overpowered her and sent her falling to the ground after cutting off a piece of her wing. Ozaki asked the Leader why he didn’t kill him. The information was startling.

“Why would I; we’re brothers.”

Back in the first invasion of Earth, it was revealed that certain humans were actually Xilliens in disguise as well. Perhaps all this time they were spawning Xillien/Human Hybrids. The mutants didn’t start popping up until after the Monster Zero incident. They were half Xilliens. He also asked why he couldn’t be controlled like the other mutants.

“You’re a special case – every now and then a mutant with human and Xillien DNA undergo a 1 in a million mutation to become a Keizer; an all powerful super being with nearly unlimited power. It appears the both of us are Keizers.”

Suddenly the Leader hit Ozaki with a telepathic ray that allowed him to control him now. He began to fight with the others. But eventually, Ozaki remembered what the Shobijin told him – you are who you choose to be. The amulet that he got from them awakened his Keizer powers. He began to fight with the leader while the others went back to the Gotengo, fighting their way past the other Xilliens. They received help from Nataro and the Chief who were being held captive on the ship the whole time.

On the ground, Godzilla was holding his own against Monster X, but when Gigan showed up and assisted the fight, he could fight the two strongest monsters together on his own. During the struggle, X got a hold of Godzilla and held his arms behind his back. Gigan approached them and began slicing Godzilla across the chest. However, when Gigan tried again, Godzilla turned allowing X to take the attack. Godzilla was freed. But now both monsters stood alongside each other and were preparing to attack. But suddenly Mothra appeared and knocked them both down with her wings. There was a moment where Godzilla and Mothra called to each other. Though they had their falling out in the past, they were both proud to fight by each others sides again.

Godzilla fought with Monster X while Mothra continued her duel with Gigan. Gigan released two spinning blade disks to go after Mothra. She dodged them and began releasing her reflective scales. Gigan took the opportunity and used his eye laser. The resulting impact caused Mothra’s scales to set her on fire. However, while Gigan was distracted, his disks flew back towards him and cut his head off. Mothra then flew towards Gigan, ramming her burning body into the cyborg, destroying it for good. Mothra then landed away from the battlefield, unable to continue fighting.

Godzilla had Monster X beat now. Ironically their fight seemed to mirror the fight between Ozaki and the Xillien leader. Godzilla knocked X to the ground and began punching him over and over again brutally. Ozaki finally beat the leader and left to meet with the others on the Gotengo. He fired the maser at the inside of the ship and the Mothership began to implode.

Godzilla and X fired their energy beams at each other. The collision caused an explosion that knocked them both to the ground. The Mothership exploded above them when it happened. Godzilla got back up, but X stayed on his knees. Godzilla roared his challenge out to Monster X, demanding that he get up and fight.

Now watching the feed of this via the Gotengo I must say that witnessing this shocked me to the very inch of my sanity. It did nothing short of terrify me. Monster X was on all of his legs and he started to convulse. Suddenly his forked tail split into two separate tails. He began making these strange sounds. Suddenly two huge wings shot out of his back. They were a dull gold color. Seeing this, I couldn’t believe it; it didn’t seem possible! It couldn’t have been him!

Suddenly the two halves of the skulls on his shoulders lifted out of his skin revealing that they were whole skulls. Now they began to breathe as well. X’s body grew larger. His forearms turned into legs and grew thicker; they were also slightly gold in color. I was terrified now. The skulls on the monster split open revealing the heads underneath. The veins on its forehead glowed the color of lava. Suddenly the three heads rose up, their necks growing longer and their faces becoming dragon-like. It was him! He was alive and he was back! It was Ghidrah!!!

The transformation resulted in the three headed dragon with a long and large quadrupedal body that was a combination of grotesque blue and gold colors. The transformation from Monster X into Monster X II could only be caused by the apparent Keizer DNA in the creature. This beast has now gone on to be called Keizer Ghidorah!

The two monsters roared at each other, each signaling familiarity and an old rivalry. The sounds that Ghidorah made almost sounded like laughter. But Godzilla wasn’t intimidated. It was time for the final battle. Godzilla fired his atomic breath. Ghidorah countered with his gravity beams. The Dragon’s attack quickly overpowered Godzilla’s. Ghidorah’s gravity beams then lifted Godzilla into the air like Space Godzilla was able to do. Ghidorah tossed Godzilla around the city like he was a toy, causing buildings to crash into him. It was clear there was no contest. When X transformed, he unleashed a great deal of energy.

Ghidorah dropped Godzilla at his feet and reared up on his hind legs. He began stomping on Godzilla, mercilessly. He kicked Godzilla away. Then he reached his three heads down and bit Godzilla’s neck and arms. All saw blue energy coursing through Ghidorah’s necks down towards his body. He was draining Godzilla’s energy. Soon Godzilla’s body went limp. It seemed like the King of the Monsters had finally been bested by another. The planet was doomed.

Ozaki would have nothing of it. He jumped behind the controls for the Maser Cannon. His body glowed with his Keizer energy. The ship released two satellites that rotated around it at fast speed. As they spun, they generated more energy for the ship. Ozaki’s Keizer energy was also absorbed by the ships firing supply. Soon the holographic screen displayed the infinity symbol, showing that Gotengo now had infinite power. He fired the laser strait at Godzilla’s spikes.

Godzilla’s whole body began to glow with power. His head rose up and he regained the will to fight. The energy suddenly became too much for Ghidorah and sparks shot from his three mouths. He dropped Godzilla. The Monster King grabbed one of its three heads and bit down on the neck. When another one shot at him, he blasted it off. The other head tried to shoot him, but he pushed the head to face the remaining head, blasting it off as well. Godzilla then took Ghidorah by his final neck and lifted him over his shoulder throwing him across the city. He charged toward Ghidorah and stepped on his remaining throat before kicking him away again. He walked over and grabbed Ghidorah by the tails and swung him over his shoulder again. He did it again. Then one final time, he threw Ghidorah into the air and let go. And like I mentioned before – Godzilla beat his record for most powerful Atomic Ray. When he charged up, he spun around showing that his spikes had now turned a Crimson color. He unleashed the most powerful spiral ray that anyone would see in their entire life.

The blast was powerful enough that Ghidorah was sent rocketed into space and exploding once it passed our atmosphere. If there was only one moment where Godzilla proved that he was King of the Monsters…it would be this moment. Godzilla had won; he’d saved the earth again and proved that no matter what happened he couldn’t be beat. He roared in triumph as he saw the last remnants of his arch nemesis explode.

He then turned toward Gotengo and blasted the ship. Since they had given him all their power, they couldn’t dodge it. They went to the ground, but they weren’t hurt. They escaped the Gotengo and watched as Godzilla walked up to them. It seemed like he was about to destroy them. But as the sun came up, a glimmer of hope appeared for the humans. Minya appeared at his original size from the buildings and ran toward Godzilla.

Since Godzilla had become more powerful in recent years, Minya barely came up to his knee again. The boy and his grandfather also appeared alongside Minya. The grandfather called out to him…

“Godzilla…the war is over; it’s time to forget. Forgive them!”

Godzilla clutched his fists in rage. The humans raised their weapons. However, the boy suddenly stepped in front of his grandfather’s rifle. He shielded Godzilla from them. Having watched what he just did, Godzilla turned to Godzilla and spread his arms out, shielding them from Godzilla. Godzilla roared at Minya, who calmly called back to him. Who knows what Godzilla’s son said to him, but it was apparent that Minya wasn’t going to move. Godzilla’s spikes began to glow. He was getting ready to fire, when suddenly he dropped his fists and the glow died down. He then turned around and walked away.

Minya smiled down at his human friends and turned toward Godzilla. He chased after him, finally being able to breathe an Atomic Heat ray on his own. Godzilla and Minya went out to sea. They went back to Monster Land along with the monsters Godzilla spared. Mothra returned to Infant Island to live quietly with the Shobijin. Ozaki and the other humans then traveled the world looking for survivors to help them rebuild the human race and civilization. They eventually found our resistance, hiding underground. Mankind wasn’t gone for good – not yet.

The war with Godzilla was finally over…there was peace at last. Ozaki said that it wasn’t truly over…it was just a new beginning. And as Godzilla and his youngster swam toward the dawning sun, he turned around and roared to the humans as if to agree with him.

Civilization was rebuilt after that. Life goes on as it has these past six years. I am proud to have lived through it to bring you this information. But if there was one absolute that I’ve come to understand is that no matter what occurs – Godzilla will be back. He always comes back. His roar told us that he would definitely be back. Though he hasn’t appeared yet, I have calculated that he will return sometime between the end of 2012 and mid 2013. I hope he does, and I hope we’re all still alive to see it. It would be a shame if the world ended before we all got to see Godzilla again. Though I don’t know if he’ll be friend or foe, or once again a misunderstood creature in our world. If the latter is the case, then I don’t know what he’ll be after.

And who am I who wrote this file for you? The JSDF calls me the Expert. G-Force calls me the Consult. The rest of Japan and most likely the entire world simply refer to me as the Madman. But ever since that fateful night when I – as a mere teenager - found Martin amongst the rubble muttering ‘This is Tokyo’ over and over again, I have devoted the past fifty six years of my life to research Godzilla. I’m an old man now and I don’t know how much longer I’ll be around. But I know that I have lived a life well-spent. I know in my heart that Godzilla will return. And I just hope that I’ll get to see Godzilla, hear his roar and see his spikes glow with that other worldly radioactive light…one last time…
