Yup - I bet nobody saw this coming. But he came none the less. And here he is.
Maligore - Featured as the Big Baddie from Turbo; A Power Rangers' Movie.
Due to cutting costs of the final season of the Zordon Era, the Maligore's suit was re-used as Dark Specter; Grand Monarch of Evil. In my Power Rangers' universe, they're one in the same.
Nobody ever thinks of Power Rangers monsters do they? Well, regardless if Turbo was a bad movie and bad season, I enjoyed Maligore. He is fucking baddass.
