And let me tell you, that is NOT a bad thing! I love the intensity of his gaze, and of this entire artpiece. The hair is unbelievably beautiful, and the vines add a certain poetic, artistic appeal to it, as well to the nature-loving, wild mood that perhaps surrounds this elf? Beyond excellent shading here, and I especially love the curly hair and those EYES!
Also, great job on profile angle.

Very cool! The eye looks a little strange to me, too wide for the profile perspective, but that may be what you wanted. In any case it's a fabulous piece. I simply love the hair and vines.
