Description
This is an older discontinued piece of two angels (male and female). The original is quite large and painted in oils. The top feathers of the wings were supposed to be crossed as they would be if they were holding hands. Now I look at it and shudder at the wings, but I thought that I would post it for your enjoyment

You're much too hard on yourself about the wings. The crossed-hands-and-feathers conceit works - and when it's such a conceit, you want the eye to follow it consciously.
The feathers' layering would show up better in a larger scan, but it's there and it's well done. These angels are clearly moving air with 'em, and dang-NAB it, that's not a neat and tidy business in the middle of the sky, so feathers wouldn't be in perfect rows ... know what I mean?
What's truly essential here, though, is the purity of their expressions, and how they place themselves in the moment, and you've hit both targets perfectly. I only wish I could see a closeup of their faces and intertwined arms, with suggestions around them of their wings ... would you have that?
Or, if you're still dissatisfied, could you remake this soon? Please, milady?

Glad that you like it. I like the colors and the cencept, but I think I can redo it better than this... course that's part of a large stack of art I need to do!

Actually, the sentiment in this is wonderful. Purity of love, unconditionally given and received.
It has a great light to it, and wonderful colors.
If you're not happy with this piece, perhaps another go at it? Still, I understand how an artist sometimes won't redo a piece...
