A mortal falls for one of the fairy folk. Separated by worlds, culture, and family, they still cannot resist the love that draws them together. Here the fairy is shown with her finger to his lips, hushing her mortal lover from his worries about their love. Dear Ms. Archer,
While browsing the prints on dA, I happened upon this gorgeous, but familiar painting. It just so happens that I remember seeing it as a print at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival. This was my favorite and it immediately stuck out in my mind. I was very suprised when I saw it again on dA!

I used to b e fascinated with Arthur Rackham as a kid, trying to find all the little creatures and faces hidden in the paintings.
