Great drawing, I love the wispy, wind-blown look of the unicorn's mane and the tree (the light shading also contributes). This gives me a warm, sun-kissed, dreamy feeling

What I must say.. Your unicorn looks very good, girl too, but her wings... They looks strange... Like a part of her dress...

I like the unicorn and the woman, but the thing that I don't like that much is the wings they don't have the same class, I think you could do better wings!
