They were hilarious in the books together. XD I wish Karen Traviss wrote more of her book series. And made Delta desert...

God, I would love for her to keep writing the books. Though to be honest, as much as I'd like Delta to desert and everybody to get away safe, I don't think they would. They are too dedicated to the army.

Oh, I'm sure they are too. Its just one of those friendships that contain enough bickering that you can sit there going "are you sure you two are friends?".
I always enjoyed their converguments in the books. And having someone you can fight like that with (good naturedly or otherwise)....yeah, that's a friend.

I love their quotes in the game and in the book, they are just so funny together

Yeah, it describes how Scorch is crying in "Order 66" about leaving Sev behind and that was one of the most poignant parts of the book for me. (Another was when Etain died, of course.) And in 501st (the little bit we see of Scorch) you can tell that he's still trying to keep the hope that Sev is alive, talking about how their new squad member had better understand that he's "only temporary".
Poor Deltas. Everything stuck still for them, until someone gives in and makes another game.

Oh I didn't buy 501st yet, what do they say about the Deltas? a new squad member? arg!
But in the game I didn't like how Scorch is sad and suddenly they see the starships and say "waah" and seem to totaly forget about Sev instantly and "let's go to the next mission".

There's only a short conversation with Scorch in the first chapter of the book. They talk about how they don't like the new uniforms, and Niner's injury. Then Niner asks about Sev, Scorch chokes up a bit and says he's still MIA. Then, after a paragraph or two of a speech by Vader Scorch mentions that they "have a new guy taking Sev's place. It's temporary though. He'd better understand that."
We don't even meet the clone. We do meet new squad mates for Omega squad though. Lots of fun there - non Mando trained commandos. Its interesting to see them mix.
They did seem to suck it up in the game awfully quick, didn't they? I guess mainly because the creators needed the game to be over. LOL

There will be no Imperial commando 2 so I hope there would be at least a GOOD sequel to the game...
