Basilosaurus Isis from Egypt and Middle east is bigger than cetodies from North America. Basilosaurus is an early whale one of the first with a fully aquatic lifestyle with an exception of its hind legs. The Name Means King lizard is misleading because its a mammal. This was because it was thought to be a mosasaur. They tried to change the name to Zugledon it did not work. Cryptozoological enthusiasts use the term Zeuglodon still.

Yeah the skeleton of the 115-foot Hydrarchos was made from the remains of Basilosaurus and was displayed in a museum. Only later was it found to be a hoax and containing a lot of Basilosaurus fossils.
To be honest, I almost fell for it but saw the head and then when I first heard of the Basilosaurus at some point found that the Hydrarchos was just a hoax.
