Hey all. This is my debut artwork on DeviantArt, and something I made a few months ago. Hopefully I'll be able to come up with more stuff after my exams are over n' done with. Being the huge Sonic fan that I am, I couldn't help but notice how much his appearance has changed over the years, so I thought it'd be cool to do a bit of comparing. It's completely original stuff, but I've been told that they bear a striking resemblence to some official SEGA artwork. Probably cos the same colours are used. Anyway, hope you like. Nice. It is rather interesting to witness the evolution of a character concept...If you've collected the comic books it's also rather apparent in the way Robotnik has become Eggman, with the long skinny legs and sunglasses, etc. Anyway great job, they do look strikingly similar to official Sega art.
