please do C'rizz sometime. If it's cool X3
It might be interesting to make him a chameleon-like dragon.

Her cutie could have been blood, 'cause she's Lucie Bleeding Miller.

If only you could like comments here... xD
I agree with the censor idea though. In Eight's words "Miss Miller, you have a way with words."

She almost looks like Dana Scully from the X-Files... Oh, that would be cool, X-Files ponies.

I just found what seems to be most (if not all) of Lucie Miller's audio dramas!

It's a reference to how the Time Lords thought that Lucie's exposure to the CIA would lead to her becoming a dictator.
The CIA censor everything, and try and keep things under wraps so no one knows the truth.
It's the best I could come up with.

She comes close to doing so at times. Called the 8th Doctor, in her words in the beggining, 'A frock coated ponce'

Her special talent is swearing? Or posing in such a way that requires censoring of certain body parts? Or anything that will make Jack Harkness momentarily straight?
Wait, wasn't she that lesbian chick? From the comics or something? Maybe that's why.

Her special talent is exposure to the Celestial Intervention Agency.

Only Izzy's a lesbian.
Having listening to all four seasons of the 8th Doctor Adventures, Lucie's very brass and head-strong.Hails from Blackpool. She's Rose and Donna done right, IMO*
*Not a huge fan of the two I just mentioned but I did enjoy Bernard Cribbens's Wilf.

Ah, okay. The movie's the only eighth Doctor thing I've seen or heard.
Just out of curiosity, what did Donna do wrong? Too snarky for your taste? I thought she was comparable in many ways to Sarah Jane (right down to being the only other companion besides Sarah Jane that the Doctor referred to as his best friend).

She's groomed as a battleaxe in training, registers along the line of Tate's skit characters and what pisses me off about her was her fate.
You'd think RTD would've just have her retain most of her adventures with the 10th Doctor but remembers pulling the Fast-Return Switch in order to get out of Davros' inferno or only have her remenber her first encounter (like Jamie and Zoe) instead of going overboard with metaphors to things worse than death.

So because her fate was heart-wrenching that makes the whole character bad? That's really NOT fair, you know. If they'd killed off Sarah Jane on-screen, would you hate that character as well? Also, you need to remember that a) any memory trigger would bring all that Time Lord knowledge rushing back, which would kill Donna, and b) the Time Lords worked collectively to alter Jamie and Zoe's memories. The Doctor was alone, and probably didn't have the control that a group of highly trained Time Lords would.
And of course she would resemble each of her skit characters at certain points. There are several of them, all of whom at least occasionally exist in Tate's comfort zone, that it's inevitable that she would resemble each of them at some point while playing a regular character on a show like Doctor Who. As an actress playing a major role she has to be comfortable in the role. And she was comfortable playing a snarky character who acted like the sister the Doctor needed to keep him in line.

I adore Sarah Jane. The BBC Books did that trick once in the PDA Bullet Time; Didn't stick for arc reasons (i.e. The Council of Eight). Of course, you consider the events from there, Interference, Train Flight and The Five Doctors as an occassional dreams she could've had leading up to School Reunion.

If you go on Grooveshark and just search "Big Finish" or "Big Finish Productions" there are actually many of the audio dramas available on there to listen to. That's what I usually do, because I'm not a big fan of downloads either!

Nice reference and all, but don't you think her cutie mark is bit overly complicated?
In all honestly, I love see these pop up in my inbox every once in a while; they're not only in a show accurate style, but the height and personality are very well incorporated into them! Great work!

I was going to stop at three sides, but then I thought four would be the way to go, no matter how intricate it would make the design.
It means a lot to me to hear that, especially since the last three characters I've done, I had no knowledge of them apart from what I could find on the wiki.
