Me and my friend thought up the idea of doing our own Doctor Whooves comic, since we aren't really fans of what is currently in the fandom. And decided that we'd start up with Nine and Rose. I'm not a fan of other Nine designs and there's so canon Nine in the show or comics. Would you mind if we use your Nine design in the comic? If not, it's perfectly alright and we'll go design our own.

I can't go full-on black without losing the lineart, so I went for something really dark instead. (Though it should be more of a dark grey. I'll take a look at it later.)
