Reference sheet for the Ninth Doctor. (So far, he's taken she shortest amount of time to complete.)[EDIT: Changed him from red to blue. The last color scheme was nice, but I want to use it for one of the Masters instead.]

I've got a version of him that's blue, but I decided to change him to red because...reasons? I'm not exactly sure. I kinda like red better.

Personally, I think he should be a dark green or some other color like that. Just my humble thoughts on the matter, stemming from the colors of his jumpers.
