yeah i did this in 2013 but never uploaded it... not sure why. i think i was waiting for someone to ask me to draw her and then i'd already have it ready xD i like how it turned out tho so i'm uploading it now. when i first came across Nightcloud i didn't like her, but i can sympathize with her now. i'd be pretty pissed too if the guy i chose to be with was still hung up over someone else, but decided to have kids with me anyway and then wasn't a good father to them : P i still find her jealousy a little silly though. cats don't mate for life and i actually think it would have been cool if the authors had incorporated that into their books. For instance, Bluestar could have been mates with both Oakheart and Thrushpelt. Thrushpelt could be her mate in Thunderclan and she could have kits with him when she came into heat(another aspect totally absent in the warriors series), but she could have been truly 'in love' with Oakheart(even if true love is really just a human concept). of course, the erins just ignored that stuff so that us readers could have the juiciness of jealous lovers and trysts, along with the human ideal of monogamy. Yeah, the Erins missed a lot of important cat facts while writing the books. But I'm fine with that 
I would've liked to learn a lot more about cats though from the Warriors series. Could've helped me a lot!

And I agree with you and the others over the multiple mates and monogamyΒ (that and the cross-clan litters help avoid inbreeding that was inevitable with 20 cats to a clan XD). I think they could have done some really neat things if they worked with cat culture...but you can only ask so much of a teen book series lol.

Actually, they tried incorporating that in. The fact that cats dont have mates for life was shown very early in the series but the Erin Hunters found it too difficult to keep track. Hence the idea that Ashfur and Sandstorm are half siblings so if Ashfur did pick Squirrelflight as a mate, it would be gross.

ahh I agree, I never liked her but I did sympathize with her position. But I always found her aggressiveness towards Leafpool was ridiculous, Crowfeather should have been the one she was angry with and verbally attack all the time, not leafpool.Β
