Anyone remember this show? Beetlejuice was such a jerk. I suppose thats why kids loved him, though. For some reason, murky memories of this cartoon recently surfaced, so I had to do a little fanart tribute.Ink & photoshop CS
You may be interested in seeing the raw linework . Everything was drawn by hand except for the oval frame. Of course, I created a repeating pattern to fill in the background.
I would be remiss if I didnt include the theme song to the show.
Its good to be drawing again.

Dude, I LOVED that show when I was little. After we lost cable, when ever we'd go to my granddad's house, I'd watch everytime it came on, unless my Aunt from NC was around...-_- She hated that show and saw it as Devil spawn.

I don't actually...I bought it at New York Comicon 2007 at a rinky-dink booth. They had a bunch of old bootleg DVDs, and I happened to notice while browsing on DA that the coverart was the same as yours.

Same thing happened to you? I remember that. Just randomly popped into my head, too. I was just walking down the street one day when I started humming the theme song. I didn't even know what I was humming, but I knew it sounded familiar. *Snorts!* Anyway, this is marvelous. Not only does the world need more fanart for this toon, it needs more GOOD fan art. And yours DEFINITELY meets the requirement for GOOD. Looks just like the both of 'em.
...By the way... Whenever you type "Beetlejuice" into a search engine, like Yahoo or Google, this fan art is usually one of the first images to pop up. I just thought you might like to know that. Hey, I know I'd LOVE it if that were my fan art that constantly popped up in searches!
