Age: 25 moons
Clan: DarkClan
Siblings: Sunscar (brother)

Bio: Halfmint and Sunscar were born into DarkClan. Their mother died shortly after their birth and the father remained unknown. Many suppose he was a kittypet or a loner, but no cat will know for sure. After their mother's death, they were raised by another queen, Lillyfowl (deceased). All of the other clanmates wanted nothing to do with these 'half-clan' cats. Everywhere she turned, Halfmint saw scorning faces and scowls at them. Halfmint grew very close to Snowberry through the moons, and even considered becoming a medicine cat herself. Although, the position didn't work out and she found that she was a much better warrior. When she and Sunscar became apprentices, Lillyfowl died. They grieved, but pulled through, making both of them strong, but a little bit bitter. With only a few friends and Snowberry to be advocates for them, the entire clan seemed to still shun the two.
One day, Halfmind decided to end it. She and Sunscar (paw at the time) journeyed out to the edge of the territory to try and overrun the badger living there. In the end, Sunscar was badly hurt, and Halfmint left with more minor wounds. Gradually, they earned their clanmates respect, just from being loyal and brave, and in some cases, kind. They are now two of the best warriors in DarkClan and no cat would dare question their abilities.
