Description
As people went on asking me to give them the code of this CSS: Death Note CSS , I thought about making a mix of it with Death Note - Full Page .I'm not completely convinced with the position of the journal title, so if you have any hints on where to place it let me know!

IF U LOOK AT (caps lock :S) my latest journal i cant get the 'your headder here' and 'your footer here' to go away D:

simply go in the "Option tab" and look at what's written in the Header and Footer part, remove the "Your footer here" and "Your header here" and it should be gone

Well this is an "old style" journal CSS... which means there's no "Install skin" button, but you actually have to download a .zip file and copy the CSS code into the CSS box that you'll find in the "Option tab" of the Update Journal page.
In the zip file you'll find 2 files:
1) css layout.txt - open it, copy everything's written in it and paste it in the CSS box of the Journal (Update Journal -> Option tab --> in there you'll find the header/footer and CSS box)
2) README.txt - open it, copy the Header and Footer part in the "Header" and "Footer" boxes that you'll find in the Option tab of the journal. As for the journal entry, you'll have to copy the code about it too... and write the text where you see "....in case you want a small title".

Yes, customized journals for now are for the paying members only. Though lots of things changed on dA so maybe one day they'll be available for everybody

I admit I never read/saw it... I know more or less what it is about as @Sting1 told me about it ages ago, but never really had the chance to see it myself. I just made the CSS cause people kept on bugging me about it
