Description
An entry for 's art contest~! This is her OC Chieri!Personally I'm not content with the outcome of this one. It looks....flat. @__@ I think it's probably because there's a lot of shades and hues of blue present in this artwork.
...I have a lot of say in this, too actually, but I forgot what. o.o

Thank you for thinking so, although I'm thinking otherwise. XD;

That was my exact thought when I was drawing her, hahaha!
I was like... "argh, I think I really don't like using the colour blue... there's 5 differentshades of them
on my watercolour palette and for some reason they all ended up looking like the same blue."
I really like your concept for this piece! It's quite peaceful~~
If you wanted feedback for it, then keep reading, if you don't then ignore (sometimes I'm afraid to
feedback for others in case they get hurt): the shirt should have been drawn in a different angle, it looks like
she's standing up but the shading and folds of her kimono and ribbons (they're done really well) shows that she is
indeed sitting. I have trouble with that angle too, hehehe

I love blue! But the problem is that my color palette/range for blue is very limited. That's why I have to keep using this certain blue, making the artwork flat. Watercolor is more diverse since you can mix them up in different shades. You should go try that!
Also, I'd prefer if people give me feedback. It's more respectful than someone complimenting it but they make destructive comments about it on my back. Truthfully, I'm having trouble doing this angle as well. If the pink sheep is removed then we would have seen the area wherein the legs are resting. Unfortunately the sheep is there...so it kinda blocks it. I'm confused about it, too. D:
Thank you once again for your comment. I really appreciate it!
