Amazing work. This is so intricate and detailed, and yet it looks like something you could actually touch and not be afraid to break it, within reason of course. And yet, it would make a beautiful display piece as well.

Ornate chess sets like this make lovely works of art, but they are pure hell to actually play a game with. This is something that is meant to be put on display inside a lit glass case. Too lovely to risk breaking a piece in speed chess, anyway.
