The thing I find tragic about the format of these games is that we don't get recurring villains beyond one or two like Wily and Sigma, I would love Dynamo being as persistent as Vile(or even teaming up with him, though I don't know if my heart could take that kind of shock. XD) and showing up in later games. His dynamic with larger villains like Sigma and his devil-may-care attitude are second only to Jojo's Hol Horse.
...Frankly I just want a Mega Man game where everybody from every game is in it, but that's just not feasible! Haha.
