I think Alligator left on purpose bcs he decided Wave wasn't behaving responsibly enough XD Maybe if Wave got some character development Alli would come back to him on his own volition haha

But you recall seeing Wave Man's pet alligator, Alligator out from the sewers with a top hat and a monocle. I wonder what that implies? And do you think we will see Alligator again? 

Also, I sure hope we see Drill Dad and Mega Man fighting him soon.
