My first Kazuki (Getbackers) wig.

This is a picture I took initially after finishing styling this wig

I am unhappy with this wig for several reasons.

My original plan for the making of a Kazuki wig was two use two long white wigs, dye them brown using rubbing alcohol and sharpie pens., then to attach the two wigs together where necessary followed by the styling, and the making of the antenna’s.
So if everything worked out this wig would be comprised off:
-Two long white wigs
-rubbing alcohol
-brown sharpie pens
-wire
-white fabric (for the wrap)
-and lots and lots of gel and hair spray
Now what went wrong is that I couldn’t find anywhere that sells brown sharpies, so instead I ended up using brown Art line pens, I mixed together a dye and tested it on a old white silver tinted wig I had laying around the place.... and the colour turned out perfect, thinking everything was fine I started to spray the dye onto one of the long white wigs... it turned out pink >.<
So not wanting to use a pink wig, and not having time to order a new wig (because I decided to do this the week before the con) I found an old brown wig that was about shoulder length with slight curls.
Dunking it in boiling hot water I was able to remove some of the curls as well as severely burn my hands >.<
I cut and styled it, stuffed the wrap with fish pond foam and that’s how the makeshift wig was created.
So material used for this wig was:
-One old curly shoulder length brown wig
-White fabric
-Fish pond foam
-Hair spray
-My tears : - (

Anywho I plan to make a new better wig for my Kazuki cosplay (coming soon ^_~) so i have a new wig ordered and hopefully it should be arriving shortly.
When it does I will style it, take a picture to put up here and this picture will go in the scarps.

Oh and by the way, would anyone be interested in a picture of the failed pink wig of dooooom?
