I'm sure you could get a buyer for a full set (Donner, Blitzen, Comet, Cupid, etc.) which would be pretty darn cool to see.

Maybe throw out some feelers to see if you can find a buyer before investing all that time, but I bet it would work! 
It would be really cool to see them all together and harnessed up.
I'm sure a plush sleigh would be possible... somehow.
