From the looks of it, how you implemented it, I think you're suggesting additions to `Zikes 's deviantPLUS script rather than for deviantART itself?

zikes should do those things about fonts and colors and DA should have that function to choose the background color because I like that skin, I just want to change the background color and it would be helpfull for those who know nothing about CSS
