(just out of curiousity--if you don't mind answering--what is your water whip material? I cosplay Katara as well and I've been unsure of what sort of fabric to use. Some are to flimsy, others don't give too much of the billowing/undulating effect I want...@.@ cosplayer issues, I'm sure you know the ones lol)
