Eh? The rooftop has been reduced in numbers by one tenth? Really though, good job. I prefer my sea-side cities to be in one piece, whether utopia or dystopia, but this works too.

well as it was stolen... (yeah yeah... you read well... stolen... it was painted on a 8'x 4' wood pannel and exposed in a college...when me and the guy I was working with came to take it back, it has dissapear...and no one knew where it was... )

I used Painter IX, and I'm always bad at remembering how long..but it probably took a couple hours every night for like 3 days maybe? That answer probably isn't too helplful..haha.
