Description
The harsh, guttural roar echoed on the air as Godzilla, King of the Monsters, rampaged through the city. A living force of nature, he could not be stopped. Suddenly, another roar bellowed a challenge. Godzilla watched as a giant ape appeared from between two buildings. It was Kong, The Eighth Wonder of the Word. The two prehistoric beasts looked at each other, and it was Kong who moved first as he bounded forward. Godzilla responded. The monster king unleashed his most devastating weapon: His atomic breath. The searing blast of thermo-nuclear energy lanced towards Kong, but the giant ape was too quick, jinking to the side. A number of buildings were vaporized as the blast hit them. Kong leaped, his mighty arms raised, fists clenched as he aimed to smash Godzilla's head.
"CATZILLA!!!"
A girlish voice cried out with glee as Gicandice rose up between the monsters. Her power to chance her size making it appear as though she had telported in. Gicandice plucked Kong from the air, and wrapped an arm around Godzilla's neck.
"WOW! look what I found!" She cried. "A lizard and a monkey. I will love them and pet them and squeeze them..."
Kong raged, trying to escape her grip. Godzilla thrashed, his tail slamming it against the ground. The plates on his back began to glow an iridescent blue. The King of the Monsters unleashed his atomic breath, intending to blast his way free, but Gicandice twisted. The blast struck Kong in the face, and Gicandice let go of the ape. Kong sank to the ground, charred and unconscious. Gicandice looked angrily at Godzilla.
"Bad lizard." She said. "Look what you did to Mr Bananas!"
With that she thumped him on the head. Godzilla's eyes rolled back, and he too slumped to the ground. Gicandice pouted.
"Darn it." She moaned. "I loose more pets that way!"

I wonder if anyone will get the slight Looney Tunes reference???

Before anyone comments on Godzilla and King Kong's sizes, think of these two from the movie Kong Kong vs Godzilla (1962) in which they were about the same size.
