The chanting grew in pitch as the tribe's priestesses performed the traditional rites to ensure a successful harvest. Nata-Li was nervous. This was the first time she had been allowed to participate since she came of age. She concentrated hard, trying to make sure she recited the correct words, and keep in time with the others. Nata-Li opened her eyes slightly as she chanted, and was surprised to see a bright light building up around her. A strange feeling, like she was floating, enveloped her, and high pitched buzzing filled her ears. Nata-Li felt a sudden rushing sensation, and stumbled slightly as she realized she was now standing up. The light faded, and she gasped. Her tribe, and the village she lived in, had vanished. She was now in the middle of a strange village. What scared her even more was the fact she had somehow grown to a giant size. All around her, Nata-Li saw people running and screaming, trying to escape what they thought was an attack. Nata-Li turned, trying carefully not to knock over any buildings, or crush any vehicles and people."Please, wait," she said, hoping to calm down the situation. "You don't understand. I don't want to hurt anyone. I just want to get back home."
No one seemed to listen to her. They kept running and screaming. Nata-Li clasped her hands together and glanced about.
"Please, can't anybody help me...?"

Marybeth: Just a moment... (Shje pulls out a small idol she got from her husband. It glows, and marybeth grows to be as big as nata-Li) There. This will make it a lot easier to talk to each other.

Nata-Li: I.. i dont know... i was doing a chant in my village to help fertalize and assert the prosperity of my people's crops.... but i wound up here...

Marybeth (Chuckles): Welcome to the big city. (Come we'd better head somewhere a little less busy so we don't cause any accidents. (Glances down at a couple of young boys staring up at them) And to get away from the odd pervert who thinks this is a good opportunity to look up our skirts/shorts... (Smiles)

Marybeth: It can take some time. My husband gave me this. (Shows her a small idol) It helps me to change sizes. It's just one of the treasures he and his friends collect.

Nata-Li: *looks out to the city* but i doubt il get used to living like this for a while.

Marybeth: let's try something first. Hold onto this. (She offers the idol that helped her grow) Just to see if it will help you change size. i don't know if it will, or how long the effects may be. It's worth a try though.

Marybeth: Now, try and 'think small'.

Nata-Li: okay. *she starts to think small but overdoes it and ends up shrinking to ant size* OwO oh dear....

Marybeth (Chuckles and makes sure she doesn't move to avoid crushing nata-Li): nata-Li? Are you alright? (Smiles) Do the same thing, but think big this time to grow again. It does take some getting used to.

Marybeth: Well done. (Carefully takes the idol and adjusts her size to the same as nata-Li) Now, like I said, I'm not sure if this will be permanent.
