Lizard Macross come back! This is my new character design for Rick and Max. They're main characters from Robotech/Macross, "Lizard Macross" is my draconian version of Robotech/Macross.
Rick - the red one, and Max is the black one.

Your dragons look cute and nice ^^ I do not know Robotech/Macross, and well, I have a question: What are they? For me, they look like Officers or Generals. Or are they just "soldiers"? (If I can call them so)

They aren't officers, just soldiers(space battle pilot).

It's a manga, not an anime 
And Rich is a sergeant... althrough in the 8th episode he is promoted to a lieutenant (only skipping 4 ranks between and the officers-school... and then he is indeed an officer (For reference: [link] ))

It's a magnificent piece of work. But dragons aren't reptiles in that regard :3

But it is very sorry that dragons are precisely reptiles in the story. Because my idea for "Lizard Macross" was from a real situation in China: people invade lizards just like Zentraedis invade Terrans in Robotech, so it's called "Lizard Macross". Of course, dragons are intelligent reptiles and have their civilizations and technologies in Lizard Macross.
