Gosh! I love this cloak- especially the hat! Any chance you have the hat pattern lying around/ could give me some useful tips? This must be one of the most beautiful cloaks i've ever seen, im dying to make one myself~~

Hi! Sorry this reply is super late, I don't check here much anymore. I just used a pattern from Mccalls or Butterick I think. I'm not sure of the exact pattern number now, but they had a set of cloak patterns in their costume section. My only tip is to not line it in normal lining fabric or anything slippery, the hood doesn't stay on my head very well because of that, haha.

I made a cloak a few weeks ago. Blue fleece with maroon trim.
It doesn't have a pointy hood, but it looks fairly similar, otherwise. (It's a bit shorter).
It's a lot of fun to walk around in a cloak, isn't it?

Apart from the cloak.. the photo is gorgeous!! The colours, the lines of the trees reflecting the pleats in the cloak! Wauw!

It's me. Our neighbors probably do think we're crazy, but we don't talk to most of them anyways . . .
Except for the really weird one who my dad talks to beause he inheirited him from our grandfather, but he never goes outside.
