I created this helmet for a Star Wars costume I wore at Star Wars Weekend at Disney World. You can find my picture here on the official Disney Parks Blog: [link]3D View of Helmet: [link]

Sorry I'm so late responding! I haven't been on here in awhile. I made it from an old baseball helmet and got some sort of foam material at a home improvement store (that is the part you see wrapped around the helmet). Before I put the pieces together, I spray painted the helmet tan and the foam piece (which I cut to fit the helmet) green. Then I hot glued it around the helmet and added fine details with acrylic paint. For the ear flaps, I used vinyl and spray painted it and added fine details with acrylic paint. For the neck strap, I used an old leather dog collar which I cut into two pieces. Then I used a leather brad gun to attach the collar to the vinyl. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have further questions!

Actually I already made the rebel helmut in a different way. I ordered a steampunk aviators cap, a 12 inch plastic flower pot and green spray paint. Thanks anyway.
