looks like it could be some kind of super solider helmet/ gas mask. the two orbs could have rotating cams in them to pick up motion and heat signatures. the antenna could be for radio signals, and sounds picked up around the soldier. the rest looks like huge armor. oooh love love love!

I can't explain in english what I didn't like... it's something with the thiner wires... they seem to be attached to the steel part in the mask instead of beeing under it.
