It’s been so long and I never gave this guy a real Ref sheet. So he’s finally getting one. This guy is Maksim; one of the sons of Ackamere- the Layrrek God of War, Death and curses (among other things).

Name: Maksim Nechehachii
Age: 23
Background: Layrrek (from his father) and Tibetan from his mothers side (she was a mortal and was not of Layrrek blood).
Orientation: Gay
Place of Living: Lives in a small log cabin a forested region on the Great North Mountain where the Layrrek, Tiihirrhan and Voolkin tribes once resided long ago.
Occupation: Maksim is a Lumberjack and a hunter who sells fur pelts from his kills to anyone that will bring business.

- Maksim’s “Kill Trances” are a supposed “gift” (although it’s actually a curse) from his father Ackamere who felt Maksim is too soft natured, weak and petty as he tries to deny his in-born blood of a warlord god and be a gentle person. Maksim normally avoids violence and hates it, but his father became displeased with this, wanting his son to follow in his warlord nature, to learn the ways of ruthlessness and violence. Hence, Ackamere cursed his son with these trances and gave him the Mask. The Mask is anything but normal as it is bound by soul and curse to Maksim, making it impossible to rid himself of it. When not wearing it even if it’s not close by, it will start to whisper and chitter when it demands him to kill. It will be quiet at first but the more he resists it the louder it gets (although only Maksim can hear this sound) until he can’t resist anymore. He will then put it on, and when he does, the curse sets in, changing his behaviours to that of brutal violence. When he has killed enough to appease the Mask curse, it will release him from its mind grip and Maksim will return to normal, often finding himself in the snowy woods wherever he wandered off too in his trance. It’s extremely draining to him and he will be very weak after this. But of course it will only be a week or two before the Mask starts calling again.

- Has a bad limp because while hunting in the dark he accidentally stepped into his own bear trap in the snow and mangled his ankle. Due to this injury standing for too long is very painful as well as running isn’t easy.

-Was born to a mortal woman while his father was a Layrrek god, making Maksim a demigod of sorts.

- Lives in the Great North Mountain where the Layrrek, Tiihirrhan and Voolkin tribes of old used to reside long ago. His small log cabin is a short ways up the mountain in a forested region making it quite secluded.

- When in his Kill Trance, his eyes which are normally a very dark reddish brown, will go a brighter red. With this change he also becomes extremely fast and disregarding of his injury.
