Description
Time to make (using previously rigged Anime Studio file) 1h, 20min. 32 frames (4x original sprites). Legs kind of pop when they reach the front, which is unavoidable, given the relative sizes of things. The only alternative is to make the feet smaller or allow the feet to drag through the ground.I don't think it will be too noticeable when the sprite itself is moving in a game. All in all, I'm satisfied, and it's time to move on.Related content

Well done dude, could you do this with any cut up image file?

I could. Β In this case, this is not a cut-up file, but a vector image made in Anime Studio, so the parts bend (though Anime Studio has an option for making bending raster art too).
In the game I'm working on right now, I'm planning on animating the characters by moving and rotating cut up parts, actually. Β I'd throw up an example, but I started on the game two weeks ago, and I'm still making the basic level editor; I haven't gotten to the character animator yet.
Anyhow, short answer is yes.
