The work is very well done, but there are a few things about the image that don't seem right.
Unless she's lowering herself into the water at the very beginning of her pool time, her hair and swimsuit should be wet.
If she's been swimming, the sunglasses (or are those swim goggles?) should have fallen off.
Hopefully this will be taken constructively.

it's hard to make wet effect if it's not on the pencil by i'm agree with you

However, with her hair, where it's wet, it should have been largely straightened out due to the combined weight of the hair and the water.
With the relatively light color of her swimsuit, it should have been made darker by getting wet.
Those two things by themselves would do a lot toward making her look believably wet from swimming.
