This is marvellous!!!, From the colour scheme to the posture, it is without a doubt Sagat, I personally love the way you portray the light source, I also like colour tone you used for the pants, alot of people like to give certain characters bright colours because it makes them look more cheerful but for certain characters like Sagat pale or washed out colours works best, the only thing I would say that is missing is a glowing scar........but that's just my personal opinion whenever I see Sagat but even without it it's greatly acceptable to and by me. I say keep it up!!!!
