Nice coloring! Looks really awesome.
I wish I could offer "Advanced critiquing", but I'll try. The shading and overall coloring is flawless from what I can see. But the background is a little iffy. But I can't exactly find out what's iffy about it, so I won't go further. =/ (I always say if you can't say what needs to be worked on, don't go into detail about the issue) My opinion still stands; awesome coloring.

I like how you colored it to look like a cel painting. The colors are really vivid and bright, which is nice. Is the background a real-life picture or drawn? In any case, I like how you blurred it so that it wouldn't detract from the main focus of the picture. All around, good job.

Really amazing I must say. And the fact that he has four fingers (like in the manga) instead of five make his hand more like a claw. Coloring is superb.
It's shame was a little left out later in the anime and manga. Oh well. Piccolo Rox!
