I've wanted to make an exclusive form for Halloween quite a while now, since I already have some sort of change in my fursona for other holidays. Over a few weeks of sketching and a whole day in photoshop, this is what I come up with...This is my "Nightmare Forme." "Halloween form" sounded little in comparison to this, and it sounds more menacing that way, fitting to the overall design.
Logan's Nightmare Forme
Unlike Amber's Dream Forme (we decided to post on the same day, heh heh) coming from shapeshifting in October, Logan uses his Ligntning Necklace to transform into this during the night. How, one might ask? Well, somehow placing the necklace around the broken part of his tail during a full mooned night triggered the DNA of the beast that originally cut his tail in the past... altering his form into, well, something else.
Clearly, this forme is more of a thing of nightmares, and the power that comes with it... well, the more it's used the more corrupt Logan becomes. That's not to say he is evil, Angelfoxes are not evil... Now angelfoxess of death... Hmmm...

Concocted, not inspired, but Ash's enthusiasm with her Halloween form and Amber's wanting to make one with me did help quite a bit.

If my style wasn't as simplified as I've brought it to, I would like to go darker, because I can think of stuff scarier than this. It is my form though, so I didn't make it as scary as the original beast that made the form.
Hmmm, the only thing from Giratina would be saying Forme instead of form. I liked how PokΓ©mon did that, took the old way of how form was spelled. Other than that, nothing of Giratina inspired how this looks, that's all me man.

I like what you did there. What with the creative reworking of the appendiges and the overall psychotic, demonic, monster-look. It's creepy, it's freaky, and I love every bit of it.

I'm glad you like the details though, I guess it does look somewhat 3D, but I am trying to get more realistic with my shading, so seems like it is working!

By that I mean a sort of gaurdian of death, a, well, a being that keeps the order of things, prevents others from messing with the natural order of life and death. Hence the death part, looks like he might have some sort of connection being half-skeletal and half-flesh. My guess would be that normal weapons and armor would have little effect against something like this. So, to get past it, you'd need some powerful magic armor just to survive.
