A short story comic about a Shiny Shinx that I caught in Pokémon Violet!

It's important to learn how your Pokémon feels and take steps to make them happy! Sometimes they give you clues you just have to look for!

For context, this is a Screenshot of the Shiny Shinx Dex entry I got!

In the Pokémon games, Shinx have a gender difference: males have black back feet and females have blue / yellow back feet depending on if its shiny or not. Their hair is also longer on males / shorter on females.

When I encountered the Shinx, I saw the feet and thought "Oh cool, I'm about to catch a shiny girl Shinx, awesome!" but when I got to the dex entry, it said it was Male. Turns out, the developers accidently applied the female shiny texture on the male model! The non-shiny Shinx have the regular gender difference.

So I thought of this cute story I wanted to tell of my trainer catching what they think is a girl Shinx, turning out to be male. Cause hey, the Pokédex glitching made more sense.
