Very beautiful! I really like how her hair becomes the clouds, and the muted colors you used give it a nice atmosphere. It's an almost monochromatic color scheme, and the strong pink of her eyes attracts the viewer's attention to her face. Finally, very nice choice of making her lower body out of focus, making sure it doesn't compete with the important parts of the piece.
