"So, when do you think you'll be home?" you ask tentatively. Dean is away with Sam once again, taking down some poltergeist in some far away state. You flop onto the bed, holding the cell phone to your ear.
There's a pause at the other end of the line. "I don't know, sweetheart.....it might be a while. Sam is having trouble locating the trouble," Dean sighs.
You laugh. "Sam is having trouble? Aren't you helping?" you tease.
"Sure I am!" Dean exclaims defensively. "It's just, right now, I'm talking to my baby."
You know what he means, but you joke anyway, "I told you talking to your car isn't healthy, Dean."
"At least she appreciates my love," Dean grunts.
You laugh again. "I do. I really do....I miss you."
"And I miss you. I better get back to work....so I can come home ASAP," Dean replies.
"Okay. Be careful."
"I will." You crawl into bed that night, eager for Dean to come home.

When you open your eyes, a body is hovering over yours. You let out a surprised shriek. Dean's eyes widen in shock and his arm slips on the bed, causing him to fall on top of you. You both don't move for a moment. Dean's face is pressed against your neck and you're still breathing hard from the surprise. "What were you doing?" you hiss, slightly peeved he scared you.
Dean pulls back, but not far. His face hovers only centimeters above yours and his breath tickles your lips. This time you stop breathing.
"I was trying to give my girl a wake up kiss," he whispers.
"Oh," you breath. "I guess you can do that." You stare into his green eyes for a minute before he leans in, pressing his lips to yours. Your eyes flutter shut and you sigh into the kiss.
After a moment, Dean breaks the kiss. He rubs his thumb along your tingling lips. "Did I wake you up?"
"Not quite." You slip your hand up around Dean's neck and press his lips back to yours once again.
