Katia is very misunderstood due to him being bad at expressing his emotions although hes very happy and enthusiastic about meeting other people.
98% of the time hes monotone and is mistaken for being sarcastic even though hes actually really straight forward and blunt with no shame.
He can tolerate many people and things but sadly most can't tolerate him.. He comes off as cold or mean when hes really trying to be sweet. Hes often gets lost in thought and will stop what hes doing to have a full conversation with himself before rejoining others. And can be a bit air-headed.
Katia dosen't mind walking up to strangers hes normally happy to although its quite hard for him to start a conversation it normally becomes quickly awkward... He always tries not to act without thinking though it takes him a while to think so it appears hes absent minded when hes not a lot of the times..Hes always wanted to be the one in the group but most people take him as joking when hes actually serious.
If he finds a person interesting he will continue to follow them even if told to go away.. which causes him to get into trouble often.

History:
Katia's Mother is from a Spanish decent who has a child with a Japanese man
Although his mother soon got married Katia decided to keep her surname to keep her Family's last name and possibly pass it on.
Katia is always that quiet and shy kid , but he wants to hang out with the group, when he was little hed always go to parties and watch people without being noticed taking note in his journal as he still has today. Him and his Family lived in urban areas for quite a while Katia as a giant moma's boy he inherited most of his dull personality from her. With just him his mother and his Father they where easily able to live a steady life, his mom a journalist traveled quite a bit causing Katia to become independent quickly he was not as close to his father so he choose to stay quiet feeling bad if he asked for too much. When his mother was home he use to always hop in her lap and watch her write about events and people which created his love for writing and keeping small documents of people he meet.Every so often he was able to travel with her and soon he moved out to live on his own, but still sleeps with the stuffed animal his moma made him.

- sometimes he forgets to eat, but he exercises every morning
- Although he dosent have sheepy ears his ears still tend to wiggle/move
-He often gets his horns tangled in things, if he gets too frustrated he just goes shirtless.
- He has Vitiligo (change of skin pigmentation)..but..never..really cared..He only feels self-conscious if people point it out.
- Katia is a terrible cook, he burns Cereal, but he will try if you let him.
- Every time he meets someone he writes them in his book. and ask to take a picture of them
- Sometimes he stops paying attention in a conversation and just looks at people's faces.....
- He actually like cuddles...
- He sleeps with a rag doll named Rosie.
- His room is cluttered with papers and pictures of people he met (pfft stalker)
- the lil patch on his tail is black I just fail
-its really rare he smiles or laughs, he normally just tells people when hes happy
- he laughs at dumb sutff
