Description
This page is actually titled "Nevermore for Sanctuary and Certainty" and is figuratively and literally the burning down of Cassidy's past. Had his home not burned, the events ahead of him wouldnot have seen him return home, regardless.
Trivia: Sam and Ridge, SouthSea Village's only law keepers, are old boys. They have always gotten along with Cassidy, not exactly friends, but co-existing in a peaceful town that hasn't had a murder
in over 30 years. Something serious must be driving the aggressiveness of their accusations and their strike first and ask questions later attitude this day!

Amazing work on this! The background is very realistic, and the dogs you draw are very cute and adorable. The shadows are very well textured, and you draw very well! The characters are adorable as well. ❤️❤️❤️
However, the brown dog's neck looks a little long and disproportionate in my opinion. I'd consider making the neck shorter and a tiny bit thicker.
The dogs look very bright compared to the background. I'd suggest darker shading to make it appear more realistic.
Other than that, great work. I am excited to see more of your art in the future. 💞

Also, "Whelp" and "Welp", I believe, are different. "Welp" is an informal exclamation, while "Whelp" is referring to a puppy and generally used in an insulting way.
